大學(xué)生思想政治教育接受狀況分析及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,隨著時(shí)代的迅猛發(fā)展及其在社會(huì)生活各方面所引發(fā)的重大變革,大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實(shí)效性有待進(jìn)一步提高,而思想政治教育實(shí)效性關(guān)鍵取決于大學(xué)生的接受狀況。因此,對(duì)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育接受狀況進(jìn)行分析研究并針對(duì)其中存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策就尤為重要。 全文分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育接受的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行分析。從思想政治教育接受的含義出發(fā),依據(jù)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的目標(biāo)歸納得出大學(xué)生思想政治教育接受的具體含義,即系統(tǒng)掌握馬克思主義相關(guān)理論知識(shí)、樹立馬克思主義與社會(huì)主義理想信念和踐行馬克思主義相關(guān)理論和要求。 第二部分對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育接受狀況分析。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,大學(xué)生較為排斥思想政治教育相關(guān)知識(shí);知識(shí)掌握較為欠缺全面性和深入性;知識(shí)接受的實(shí)用性傾向突出;馬克思主義信念淡漠;社會(huì)主義理想信念模糊;較為缺乏踐行的意愿;外化踐行的行動(dòng)力不強(qiáng)。 第三部分為大學(xué)生思想政治教育接受的影響因素分析。這些因素主要包括大學(xué)生自身、教材內(nèi)容、教育者、學(xué)校文化以及社會(huì)。就大學(xué)生自身因素而言,大學(xué)生對(duì)黨的認(rèn)同度較低、對(duì)思想政治教育的意義和價(jià)值認(rèn)識(shí)不清、對(duì)思想政治教育存有偏見、思維方式不完善以及視思想政治教育為純知識(shí)課對(duì)其接受教育內(nèi)容產(chǎn)生不利影響。就教材內(nèi)容因素而言,簡單重復(fù)、脫離生活實(shí)際以及滯后于時(shí)代與形勢(shì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)容使學(xué)生缺乏接受興趣。就教育者因素而言,部分黨員干部馬克思主義信仰模糊、教育者與大學(xué)生缺乏情感溝通、教育者思想政治素質(zhì)不高和教育方式方法僵化陳舊不利于大學(xué)生接受活動(dòng)的順利進(jìn)行。在學(xué)校文化方面,重智輕德的校園文化氛圍和重知輕行的思想政治教育接受考評(píng)方式無疑弱化了大學(xué)生的接受積極性。社會(huì)中的物化風(fēng)氣、復(fù)雜尖銳的社會(huì)矛盾、多元思想文化觀念和消極腐敗現(xiàn)象的存在加劇了大學(xué)生接受的難度。 第四部分主要是從教育的角度就如何強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生思想政治教育接受提出具體對(duì)策。第一,以人為本,調(diào)動(dòng)大學(xué)生接受思想政治教育的主動(dòng)性;第二,與時(shí)俱進(jìn),完善大學(xué)生思想政治教育的教材內(nèi)容體系;第三,有的放矢,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生樂于接受的施教機(jī)制;第四,以評(píng)促行,建立全面科學(xué)的思想政治教育接受評(píng)估體系;第五,正面引導(dǎo),營造利于大學(xué)生思想政治教育接受的優(yōu)良環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of the times and the major changes in all aspects of social life, the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education needs to be further improved, and the effectiveness of ideological and political education depends on the acceptance of college students. Therefore, it is particularly important to analyze and study the acceptance of ideological and political education of college students and put forward corresponding countermeasures against the existing problems. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part analyzes the connotation of college students' ideological and political education acceptance. Starting from the meaning of the acceptance of ideological and political education, this paper concludes the specific meaning of the acceptance of ideological and political education of college students according to the objective of the ideological and political education of college students, that is, to master the relevant theoretical knowledge of Marxism systematically. Establish Marxist and socialist ideals and beliefs and practice Marxism related theories and requirements. The second part analyzes the acceptance of college students' ideological and political education. The results show that the college students are more excluded from the knowledge of ideological and political education; the mastery of knowledge is lack of comprehensiveness and depth; the practical tendency of knowledge acceptance is prominent; the belief of Marxism is indifferent; the ideal and belief of socialism is vague; Lack of the will to practice; externalization of the practice of the motive force is not strong. The third part is the analysis of the influencing factors of college students' acceptance of ideological and political education. These factors include college students themselves, teaching materials, educators, school culture and society. As far as the college students' own factors are concerned, they have a low degree of identity with the Party, lack a clear understanding of the significance and value of the ideological and political education, and are biased against the ideological and political education. The imperfect mode of thinking and ideological and political education as pure knowledge lessons have a negative impact on its acceptance of educational content. As far as the content of teaching material is concerned, simple repetition, divorced from the reality of life and lagging behind the development of the times and situation make the students lack of interest. As far as educator factors are concerned, some Party members and cadres have vague Marxist beliefs, educators and college students lack emotional communication, the ideological and political quality of educators is not high, and the rigid ways and methods of education are out of date, which is not conducive to the smooth progress of college students' acceptance activities. In the aspect of school culture, the campus culture atmosphere, which emphasizes wisdom and morality, and the way of accepting evaluation of ideological and political education, which emphasizes knowledge and practice, undoubtedly weaken the acceptance enthusiasm of college students. The existence of materialized atmosphere, complex and sharp social contradictions, multi-ideological and cultural ideas and negative corruption in society aggravates the difficulty of college students' acceptance. The fourth part is mainly from the point of view of education, how to strengthen the ideological and political education acceptance of college students put forward specific countermeasures. First, people-oriented, mobilize college students to accept ideological and political education initiative; second, to advance with the times, improve the ideological and political education content system of college students; third, targeted, to construct the teaching mechanism that college students are willing to accept; Fourth, to establish a comprehensive and scientific evaluation system for ideological and political education, and to create a favorable environment for college students to accept ideological and political education through positive guidance.
