和諧社會建構(gòu)視野下的大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題研究

【摘要】:和諧社會的構(gòu)建與大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難這一問題有著密切的聯(lián)系。高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)是我國當(dāng)前就業(yè)市場的一個重要組成部分。二十世紀(jì)末,我國開始推行高校擴招政策,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的人數(shù)總量已經(jīng)超出了社會的吸納極限。在全球經(jīng)濟下滑的背景下,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題己成為同人民群眾的切身利益密切相關(guān)的社會熱點問題。大學(xué)生能否順利就業(yè)不僅關(guān)系到高校的生存與發(fā)展,而且關(guān)系到他們是否能樹立起正確的人生觀和價值觀,還影響到他們家庭的和諧。所以,高校生的就業(yè)問題是保證社會穩(wěn)定、構(gòu)建和諧社會的基礎(chǔ),有必要以構(gòu)建和諧社會為視角研究大學(xué)生的就業(yè)難問題。 論文的第一部分引言介紹了大學(xué)生就業(yè)的社會、經(jīng)濟、政策背景,然后對國內(nèi)外的研究進行了綜合論述,最后介紹了本論文的研究思路與研究方法。 論文的第二部分描述了當(dāng)前我國大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的幾種主要表現(xiàn)形式,包括:文科類畢業(yè)生在就業(yè)市場上處于相對過剩的狀態(tài),南上北下的“考碗族”的出現(xiàn),大城市中已經(jīng)開始蔓延的“零工資”曲線就業(yè),“啃老族”隊伍的日漸壯大,以及一般院校的“牌子”尷尬等。為大學(xué)生的就業(yè)特點及就業(yè)難的界定提供了形象的說明。最后從高校、社會、大學(xué)生自身以及家庭四個方面闡明了大學(xué)生就業(yè)難對和諧社會的構(gòu)建所造成的負(fù)面效應(yīng)。 論文的第三部分分析了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的原因。主要從高校的教育、社會的狀況、家庭的期望和大學(xué)生自身,來分析制約大學(xué)生就業(yè)的因素。高校教育的主要原因是教學(xué)內(nèi)容與市場需求相脫離,對大學(xué)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)僅限于表面形式,就業(yè)思想教育滯后于社會發(fā)展;社會的原因主要是目前的經(jīng)濟形勢并不好,社會總體就業(yè)壓力大,對高校的擴招沒有給予及時正確的引導(dǎo),沒有一個統(tǒng)一的、完善的就業(yè)市場平臺,無法為大學(xué)生提供全面的就業(yè)信息,就業(yè)渠道不暢通,用人單位的用人理念不合理;家庭原因主要是家長的期望過高,對教育投入及后期回報的過分關(guān)注;大學(xué)生自身的原因是影響他們順利就業(yè)的關(guān)鍵因素,主要包括:工作的期望值過高,能力的欠缺以及綜合素質(zhì)與知識的學(xué)習(xí)無法滿足用人單位的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。 論文的第四部分提出了一些緩解當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的狀況的建議與對策。大學(xué)生要認(rèn)清當(dāng)前的社會形勢,處理好就業(yè)當(dāng)中的各方關(guān)系,樹立科學(xué)的擇業(yè)觀,提高自身的綜合素質(zhì)和就業(yè)能力;高校應(yīng)緊跟社會的發(fā)展腳步,調(diào)整專業(yè)設(shè)置,加強就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的力度;政府部門應(yīng)加強對高校招生的宏觀調(diào)控,以及對大學(xué)生就業(yè)政策的引導(dǎo),規(guī)范大學(xué)生就業(yè)市場;用人單位要及時轉(zhuǎn)變用人理念。
[Abstract]:The construction of harmonious society is closely related to the difficult employment of college graduates. The employment of college graduates is an important part of the current employment market in China. At the end of the 20th century, China began to implement the policy of college enrollment expansion, the total number of college graduates has exceeded the social absorption limit. Under the background of global economic decline, the employment of college graduates has become a social hot issue closely related to the vital interests of the people. The smooth employment of college students is not only related to the survival and development of colleges and universities, but also to whether they can establish a correct outlook on life and values, and also affects the harmony of their families. Therefore, the employment of college students is the basis of ensuring social stability and building a harmonious society. It is necessary to study the employment difficulties of college students from the perspective of constructing a harmonious society. The first part of the paper introduces the social, economic and policy background of college students' employment, then comprehensively discusses the domestic and foreign research, and finally introduces the research ideas and research methods of this paper. The second part of the paper describes the current employment difficulties of college students in several main forms, including: liberal arts graduates in the employment market in a relatively excessive state, the south up and down the "Kauwan people" appearance, Big cities have begun to spread the "zero-wage" curve employment, the growing ranks of the "gnawing", and general colleges and universities "brand" embarrassment and so on. It provides an image explanation for the characteristics of employment of college students and the definition of employment difficulties. Finally, the negative effects of college students' employment difficulties on the construction of harmonious society are expounded from four aspects: universities, society, college students themselves and families. The third part of the paper analyzes the causes of the current employment difficulties of college students. This paper mainly analyzes the factors restricting the employment of college students from the aspects of college education, social conditions, family expectations and college students themselves. The main reason of college education is that the teaching content is separated from the market demand, the employment guidance for college students is limited to the superficial form, and the employment ideological education lags behind the social development. The main reason of the society is that the current economic situation is not good, the overall social employment pressure is heavy, the expansion of college enrollment has not been given timely and correct guidance, and there is no unified and perfect employment market platform. Can not provide college students with comprehensive employment information, employment channels are not smooth, employing units of the concept of employment is unreasonable; The main reason for the family is that parents' expectations are too high, too much attention is paid to the investment in education and the return of the later period. The reasons of college students themselves are the key factors that affect their successful employment, including: the high expectation of work, the lack of ability, and the lack of comprehensive quality and knowledge learning can not meet the requirements of high standards of employers. The fourth part of the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to alleviate the current employment difficulties of college students. College students should recognize the current social situation, deal with the relationship between all parties in employment, set up a scientific outlook on job selection, and improve their comprehensive quality and employability. Colleges and universities should closely follow the pace of social development, adjust the professional setting, strengthen the strength of employment guidance, government departments should strengthen the macro-control of university enrollment, as well as the guidance of employment policies for college students, to standardize the employment market of college students; Unit of choose and employ persons should change the idea of employing persons in time.
