【摘要】：對(duì)通識(shí)教育的研究是當(dāng)前我國(guó)高等教育改革最受關(guān)注的主題之一，對(duì)于培養(yǎng)未來(lái)的醫(yī)學(xué)人才，通識(shí)教育也有著非同尋常的意義。 隨著傳染病在人類死亡病例里的降低，以心血管、惡性腫瘤等為代表的慢性非傳染性疾病成為人類健康的主要?dú)⑹帧＿@種慢性病成為現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的主要研究研究對(duì)象后，醫(yī)學(xué)模式也從以前的生物醫(yī)學(xué)模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樯镄睦砩鐣?huì)模式，對(duì)醫(yī)生也提出了完全不一樣的要求。醫(yī)生必須要有寬厚的知識(shí)面，必須有對(duì)人的心理、情感的全面了解和認(rèn)識(shí)，才能勝任崗位,這就要求醫(yī)學(xué)院校的學(xué)生必須接受良好的通識(shí)教育，具備良好的人文素養(yǎng)。而與此同時(shí)，我們的醫(yī)學(xué)院校在強(qiáng)調(diào)專業(yè)技術(shù)教育的過(guò)程中，恰恰忽略了通識(shí)教育，，由于通識(shí)教育的缺失所造成的問(wèn)題越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重，醫(yī)患關(guān)系緊張，醫(yī)生收回扣、醫(yī)生開(kāi)大處方、病人殺害醫(yī)生等事件屢屢見(jiàn)諸報(bào)端。2013年還發(fā)生了復(fù)旦大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院黃洋同學(xué)被同寢室同學(xué)殺害的事件。這些事件固然有很多原因，但通識(shí)教育的缺失造成學(xué)生人文素養(yǎng)偏低不能不說(shuō)是一個(gè)重要因素。所以我們的醫(yī)學(xué)院校在教育中必須重視通識(shí)教育，提高學(xué)生的人文素養(yǎng)，讓學(xué)生熱愛(ài)生命，尊重生命。 怎樣在課堂上教才能讓我們的通識(shí)課真正提高大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)，提高他們的人文素養(yǎng)，怎樣才能構(gòu)建醫(yī)學(xué)院校通識(shí)課程體系，從而打通醫(yī)學(xué)和人文之間的鴻溝，為高等教育注入新鮮的血液，這些課題應(yīng)該是醫(yī)學(xué)教改研究中的重點(diǎn)，作為醫(yī)學(xué)院校的通識(shí)教育的教師，我們應(yīng)該也必須去思考這些問(wèn)題。 它山之石，可以攻玉。美國(guó)是世界上最發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家，也是通識(shí)教育開(kāi)展較好的國(guó)家，美國(guó)的醫(yī)學(xué)教育也非常發(fā)達(dá)，本文以美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院、紐約大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院、密歇根大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院為例，詳細(xì)的介紹了這三所醫(yī)學(xué)院校通識(shí)教育的開(kāi)展情況，重點(diǎn)從課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)理念等方面做了詳細(xì)的闡述，總結(jié)了美國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)通識(shí)教育課程的特點(diǎn)、優(yōu)勢(shì)。對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)的醫(yī)學(xué)院校，以福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)、滄州醫(yī)學(xué)高等專科學(xué)校為例對(duì)我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)院校通識(shí)教育的開(kāi)展情況作了介紹，同時(shí)對(duì)中美醫(yī)學(xué)通識(shí)教育做了對(duì)比，從而看清了自身的差距，明確自身努力的方向。最后提出了美國(guó)大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院通識(shí)教育對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示，提出了具體的有針對(duì)性的建議。 本研究共分為四部分： 第一部分:闡述了選題的原因和選題的意義,同時(shí)對(duì)國(guó)外和國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)學(xué)院校通識(shí)教育相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理，提出了本研究的研究思路和方法。 第二部分：美國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)院校通識(shí)教育的實(shí)踐。分別以哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院、紐約大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院、密歇根大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院為例介紹美國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)通識(shí)教育的開(kāi)展情況，并總結(jié)美國(guó)的醫(yī)學(xué)教育中的通識(shí)課程的特點(diǎn)。 第三部分：我國(guó)高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校通識(shí)教育之現(xiàn)狀。以福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)和滄州醫(yī)學(xué)高等專科學(xué)校為例對(duì)我國(guó)的醫(yī)學(xué)院校通識(shí)教育的開(kāi)展情況做了闡述。并分別從課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方式與考核、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、教育體制等五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了中美對(duì)比，最后分析了造成我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)院校通識(shí)教育困境的原因。 第四部分：美國(guó)大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院通識(shí)教育啟示。針對(duì)我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)院校通識(shí)教育存在的問(wèn)題，吸收美國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從宏觀和微觀上對(duì)我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)院校的通識(shí)教育提出了針對(duì)性的建議。
