我國大學生領(lǐng)導力現(xiàn)狀及教育建議

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導理論認為,領(lǐng)導力并不是正式組織中領(lǐng)導者所專有的能力,,而是關(guān)乎到每位社會人的事情。大學生領(lǐng)導力培養(yǎng)的目的在于提高大學生的領(lǐng)導能力。領(lǐng)導能力的培養(yǎng)對于大學生來說是重要的,并具有很大程度的必要性。國內(nèi)外有學者運用了定性與定量的研究方法,論證了大學生是具有領(lǐng)導力潛質(zhì)的。論文借鑒了中國科學院“科技領(lǐng)導力研究”課題組,在2006年對領(lǐng)導力所做研究的主要結(jié)論,對相關(guān)問題進行論述。論文充分參閱了領(lǐng)導力的相關(guān)文獻,并選取長沙地區(qū)的五所高校(湖南大學、湖南師范大學、長沙理工大學、湖南商學院、湖南財政經(jīng)濟學院),進行了大學生領(lǐng)導力問卷調(diào)查與大學生領(lǐng)導力訪談。對相關(guān)資料進行綜合分析與論證的基礎上,總結(jié)出我國大學生領(lǐng)導力的基本現(xiàn)狀,以及大學生領(lǐng)導力水平與影響因素之間的關(guān)系。我國大學生領(lǐng)導力處于中上等水平;大學生領(lǐng)導力水平與大學生的年級、年齡呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;文科類大學生的領(lǐng)導力水平要高于理工科大學生的領(lǐng)導力水平;城鎮(zhèn)大學生的領(lǐng)導力水平要高于農(nóng)村大學生的領(lǐng)導力水平;班級成績排名靠前的大學生的領(lǐng)導力水平一般會高于班級成績排名靠后的大學生的領(lǐng)導力水平;學生干部的領(lǐng)導力水平要高于非學生干部的領(lǐng)導力水平。根據(jù)大學領(lǐng)導力存在的主要問題(大學生領(lǐng)導力相關(guān)理論知識匱乏;大學生領(lǐng)導意識不強烈;激勵與溝通能力欠佳、領(lǐng)導特質(zhì)欠佳;領(lǐng)導過程缺乏科學性與藝術(shù)性),文章提出了具有一定創(chuàng)新性、針對性與可行性的教育建議,即設置大學生領(lǐng)導力培養(yǎng)機構(gòu),選拔專業(yè)指導老師;將領(lǐng)導力課程納入高校課程體系,全面教育與重點培養(yǎng)相結(jié)合;優(yōu)化家庭教育,促進個體全面發(fā)展及凈化社會風氣;注重校際、校企合作,在實踐中提升大學生領(lǐng)導力。
[Abstract]:Modern leadership theory holds that leadership is not the exclusive ability of leaders in a formal organization, but a matter for everyone in society. The purpose of the leadership cultivation of college students is to improve their leadership ability. The cultivation of leadership is important for college students and is necessary to a great extent. Some scholars at home and abroad have used qualitative and quantitative research methods to demonstrate that college students have leadership potential. This paper draws lessons from the research group of Science and Technology leadership of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and discusses the related problems in 2006. The thesis has fully consulted the relevant literature on leadership, and selected five universities in Changsha (Hunan University, Hunan normal University, Changsha University of Technology, Hunan Business School, Hunan Institute of Finance and Economics). A questionnaire survey of college students' leadership and interviews with college students' leadership were conducted. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and argumentation of relevant materials, this paper sums up the basic status quo of college students' leadership in China, and the relationship between the level of college students' leadership and the influencing factors. There is a positive correlation between the leadership level of college students and the grade and age of college students, and the leadership level of liberal arts students is higher than that of science and engineering students. The leadership level of urban college students is higher than that of rural college students, the leadership level of the students with the highest class achievement rank is generally higher than that of the lower class students. The leadership level of student cadres is higher than that of non-student cadres. According to the main problems of university leadership (lack of relevant theoretical knowledge of leadership of college students, the leadership awareness of college students is not strong, motivation and communication ability is poor, leadership characteristics are poor; The paper puts forward some innovative, targeted and feasible educational suggestions, that is, setting up leadership training institutions for college students and selecting professional guidance teachers. The course of leadership is integrated into the curriculum system of colleges and universities, the comprehensive education is combined with the key training; the family education is optimized to promote the overall development of the individual and purify the social atmosphere; the cooperation between schools and enterprises is paid attention to, and the college students' leadership is promoted in practice.
