我國重點農(nóng)業(yè)高校研究生教育課程國際化的實踐研究

【摘要】:在21世紀,隨著經(jīng)濟全球化進程的加快和信息技術的發(fā)展,高等教育的國際化成為必然趨勢。研究生教育作為高等教育結構中的最高層次,肩負著為國家社會經(jīng)濟、科技和教育的發(fā)展提供合格高素質(zhì)、高層次人才的重任。經(jīng)濟全球化、建設創(chuàng)新型國家的戰(zhàn)略目標使得我國的研究生教育在世界范圍內(nèi)的相互交流和合作更加頻繁、密切,也使我國的研究生教育進入了一個更加開放的國際市場。研究生課程內(nèi)容的國際化是研究生教育國際化的另一個重要內(nèi)容。無論是大學制度的落實還是科學知識的推廣都要具體反映到課程的開設之中,從某種意義上說,研究生教育國際化的核心內(nèi)容就是課程內(nèi)容的國際化。 我國重點農(nóng)業(yè)高校對學生的培養(yǎng)模式與農(nóng)業(yè)全球化和科技化的全球趨勢還不相適應,與我國新農(nóng)村建設的目標要求也還有一定差距。作為專業(yè)培養(yǎng)模式的主要內(nèi)容的課程體系,承載了人才培養(yǎng)的主要任務,是農(nóng)業(yè)高校培養(yǎng)模式改革的切入點。因此,筆者希望以課程國際化理論為指導,對我國重點農(nóng)業(yè)高校研究生教育課程國際化發(fā)展的若干問題與解決問題的思路進行探討,試圖構建體現(xiàn)時代需要且符合我國農(nóng)村發(fā)展實際的創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)的課程國際化體系。 本文選取了中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學、南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學兩所高校,通過對研究生導師、研究生、管理人員三大群體的問卷調(diào)查以及相關訪談,從課程目標的國際化、課程內(nèi)容的國際化、課程實施的國際化、課程合作的國際化、課程評價和管理的國際化五個方面對研究生教育課程國際化的實踐進行分析,指出我國目前研究生教育課程國際化進程中存在的主要問題,并在此基礎上確定了本文所要研究和解決的基本問題。針對我國重點農(nóng)業(yè)高校研究生教育課程國際化建設的實際情況,并借鑒國外經(jīng)驗,分別從政府的宏觀管理、高校的微觀管理、師生的自我管理三個角度,對我國農(nóng)業(yè)院校研究生教育課程國際化提出可行性建議。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the acceleration of economic globalization and the development of information technology, the internationalization of higher education has become an inevitable trend. As the highest level in the structure of higher education, graduate education shoulders the important task of providing qualified high-quality and high-level talents for the development of national social economy, science and technology and education. With the economic globalization and the strategic goal of building an innovative country, the postgraduate education in our country exchanges and cooperates more frequently and closely in the world, and it also makes the graduate education of our country enter a more open international market. The internationalization of graduate course content is another important content of graduate education internationalization. Both the implementation of the university system and the popularization of scientific knowledge should be reflected in the course offering. In a sense, the core content of the internationalization of graduate education is the internationalization of the curriculum content. The mode of cultivating students in key agricultural colleges and universities in China has not been adapted to the global trend of agricultural globalization and science and technology, and there is still a certain gap with the target requirements of the construction of new countryside in our country. The curriculum system, which is the main content of the professional training mode, bears the main task of the cultivation of talents and is the breakthrough point of the reform of the training mode of agricultural colleges and universities. Therefore, based on the theory of curriculum internationalization, the author hopes to discuss some problems in the development of postgraduate education curriculum internationalization in key agricultural colleges and universities in China and how to solve the problems. This paper attempts to construct an international curriculum system which embodies the needs of the times and conforms to the reality of rural development in China. This paper selects two colleges and universities of China Agricultural University and Nanjing Agricultural University, through the questionnaire survey and the related interview to the graduate student tutor, the graduate student, the management staff, from the curriculum goal internationalization, the curriculum content internationalization, The internationalization of curriculum implementation, the internationalization of curriculum cooperation, the internationalization of curriculum evaluation and management, and the practice of internationalization of postgraduate education curriculum are analyzed. This paper points out the main problems existing in the course of internationalization of postgraduate education curriculum in China, and on this basis, determines the basic problems to be studied and solved in this paper. In view of the actual situation of the internationalization construction of postgraduate education courses in key agricultural colleges and universities in China, and draw lessons from the experience of foreign countries, from the macro management of the government, the micro management of colleges and universities, the self-management of teachers and students respectively, This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on the internationalization of postgraduate education curriculum in agricultural colleges and universities in China.
