成都電子高專素質(zhì)教育過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:本文以成都電子高專為例,通過(guò)對(duì)該校的素質(zhì)教育現(xiàn)狀分析,結(jié)合素質(zhì)教育的相關(guān)理論以及國(guó)家關(guān)于高職高專人才培養(yǎng)要求和目標(biāo),探索有可行性的素質(zhì)教育對(duì)策及具體的素質(zhì)教育實(shí)施方案。 本文首先對(duì)素質(zhì)教育及大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了深入的分析和理解,闡述了素質(zhì)教育的基本內(nèi)涵以及實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育需要處理好的若干關(guān)系;通過(guò)研究影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基本要素,并融入當(dāng)代高職高專人才培養(yǎng)的要求和目標(biāo),歸納出大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的基本內(nèi)容,為成都電子高專的素質(zhì)教育分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、個(gè)別學(xué)生的訪談等方式對(duì)成都電子高專進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,并客觀分析了成都電子高專的素質(zhì)教育現(xiàn)狀。本文列舉了近幾年來(lái),成都電子高專素質(zhì)教育方面所取得的一些成績(jī)和獲得的一些成果,同時(shí)結(jié)合學(xué)校特點(diǎn)對(duì)該校在素質(zhì)教育過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并重點(diǎn)對(duì)該校在素質(zhì)教育過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入的內(nèi)因和外因的分析。 再次,針對(duì)成都電子高專素質(zhì)教育存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合幾所高職高專院校在素質(zhì)教育方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合學(xué)校的實(shí)際情況,提出了一些可行的措施。 最后,以學(xué)校的計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)為例,重點(diǎn)在大學(xué)生職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)以及大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任培養(yǎng)三個(gè)方面簡(jiǎn)單探討了相關(guān)理論,并以教學(xué)大綱形式探索了具體的實(shí)施方案,期望對(duì)學(xué)校的素質(zhì)教育有很好的推動(dòng)作用,提高該校整體辦學(xué)水平,使其更好的履行提高全民素質(zhì)的社會(huì)責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Chengdu Electronic College as an example, through analyzing the present situation of quality education in this school, combining the relevant theories of quality education and the national requirements and objectives of training talents in higher vocational colleges and universities. To explore feasible quality education countermeasures and specific quality education implementation plan. At first, this paper analyzes and understands the relevant theories of quality education and college students' quality education, and expounds the basic connotation of quality education and some relations that need to be handled well in the implementation of quality education. By studying the basic factors that affect the employment competitiveness of college students and integrating the requirements and objectives of talent training in contemporary higher vocational colleges and universities, the basic contents of quality education for college students are summed up. It lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of quality education in Chengdu Electronic College. Secondly, through the questionnaire, individual student interviews and other ways to conduct a field survey of Chengdu Electronic College, and objective analysis of the current situation of quality education in Chengdu Electronic College. This paper enumerates some achievements and achievements in quality education of Chengdu Electronic College in recent years, and summarizes the problems in the process of quality-oriented education in this school according to the characteristics of the school. The internal and external causes of the problems in the process of quality education are analyzed. Thirdly, aiming at the problems of quality education in Chengdu Electronic College, combining with the successful experience of quality education in several higher vocational colleges, and combining with the actual situation of the school, some feasible measures are put forward. Finally, taking the computer major of the school as an example, this paper briefly discusses the relevant theories in three aspects: the cultivation of college students' professional ability, the cultivation of college students' innovative ability and the cultivation of college students' social responsibility. In the form of syllabus, the author explores the concrete implementation plan, hoping to promote the quality education of the school, improve the overall level of running a school, and make it better carry out the social responsibility of improving the quality of the whole people.
