【摘要】：研究生知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的流失既有制度原因也有經(jīng)濟(jì)原因。構(gòu)建研究生知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)監(jiān)管的博弈模型,分析影響博弈模型納什均衡的因素,指出研究生知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)增值的不確定性使研究生知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)界定具有漸進(jìn)性,研究生知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的均衡狀態(tài)是暫時(shí)的,因此,研究生有流失知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的激勵(lì)和動(dòng)機(jī),高校必須加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:The loss of graduate intellectual property rights has both institutional and economic reasons. This paper constructs a game model of graduate intellectual property supervision, analyzes the factors influencing Nash equilibrium of game model, and points out that the uncertainty of graduate intellectual property appreciation makes graduate intellectual property definition gradual. The equilibrium state of graduate intellectual property is temporary, therefore, graduate students have incentive and motivation to lose intellectual property, so colleges and universities must strengthen supervision.
