【摘要】：近些年來，隨著我國改革開放的逐步深入和高等教育的逐漸普及，，獨立學(xué)院作為一種新興辦學(xué)模式得到了快速發(fā)展。獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生是社會的棟梁和社會主義事業(yè)的接班人，大學(xué)教育不僅要注重他們專業(yè)技能的提高，更要注重他們綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，而公民意識教育正是提高一個人綜合素質(zhì)的重要途徑。公民意識教育有助于提高獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生對憲法和法律規(guī)定的權(quán)利和義務(wù)的認(rèn)同感，有助于其增強公民權(quán)利責(zé)任感、使命觀，從而為大學(xué)生樹立社會主義民主與法治、自由平等與公平理念奠定堅實的基礎(chǔ)。因此，加強獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生公民意識教育具有十分重要的意義。 本文通過理論研究與實證調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法，本著提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的整體思路，以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo)，簡要論述獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生公民意識的內(nèi)涵和對獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生實施公民意識教育的必要性，調(diào)查分析當(dāng)前獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生公民意識教育的現(xiàn)狀，并在借鑒國內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，提出優(yōu)化獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生公民意識教育的對策。文章主要從以下四個部分來探討這一課題。 第一部分是獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生公民意識教育問題的提出。在明確公民意識教育內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上，對獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生公民意識教育的特殊性與必要性做出探討。 第二部分主要是通過實證調(diào)查的方法，指出獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生公民意識教育的現(xiàn)狀，并重點分析獨立學(xué)院公民意識教育中存在的問題。 第三部分對當(dāng)前獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生公民意識教育存在問題的成因進(jìn)行深入分析，包括客觀原因與主觀原因兩個方面。 第四部分在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對加強和改進(jìn)獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生公民意識教育提出了相關(guān)對策，這也是全文的重點。把加強和改進(jìn)獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生公民意識教育與獨立學(xué)院自身特點相結(jié)合，加強獨立學(xué)院的黨建和制度建設(shè)；把公民意識教育融入到專業(yè)教育和思想政治教育之中；制定出明確的大學(xué)生公民意識教育目標(biāo)和重點內(nèi)容；并堅持把理論轉(zhuǎn)化為實踐，把學(xué)校、家庭與社會三者相結(jié)合，創(chuàng)造出一個多位一體、科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的大環(huán)境，同時在教育內(nèi)容和方法上不斷推陳出新。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the gradual popularization of higher education, independent colleges have developed rapidly as a new mode of running schools. College students in independent colleges are the pillars of society and successors to the socialist cause. College education should not only focus on the improvement of their professional skills, but also on the cultivation of their comprehensive qualities. Civic consciousness education is an important way to improve a person's comprehensive quality. The education of citizenship consciousness is helpful to enhance the sense of identity of the college students to the rights and obligations stipulated by the Constitution and the law, and to strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission of the citizens, so as to establish socialist democracy and the rule of law for the college students. The concepts of freedom, equality and equity lay a solid foundation. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the citizenship education of independent college students. Through the method of combining theoretical research with empirical investigation, this paper, guided by Marxist theory, is guided by the whole idea of raising questions, analyzing problems, and solving problems. This paper briefly discusses the connotation of citizen consciousness of independent college students and the necessity of implementing citizen consciousness education for independent college students, and investigates and analyzes the present situation of citizen consciousness education in independent college students. On the basis of using the domestic and foreign research results for reference, the author puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the citizen consciousness education of the students in independent colleges. This article mainly discusses this subject from the following four parts. The first part is the issue of citizenship education for college students. On the basis of defining the connotation of civic consciousness education, this paper probes into the particularity and necessity of citizen consciousness education for independent college students. The second part mainly points out the current situation of civic awareness education in independent college students by means of empirical investigation, and analyzes the problems existing in citizen consciousness education in independent college. The third part deeply analyzes the causes of the problems in citizen consciousness education of college students, including objective reasons and subjective reasons. The fourth part, on the basis of the above research, puts forward the relevant countermeasures to strengthen and improve the citizen consciousness education of the independent college students, which is also the focus of the paper. Combining the strengthening and improving of citizen consciousness education of independent college students with the characteristics of independent college, strengthening the party building and system construction of independent college, integrating citizen consciousness education into professional education and ideological and political education; To formulate a clear goal and key content of civic awareness education for college students; And insist on transforming theory into practice, combine school, family and society, create a multi-position integrated, scientific system environment, at the same time in the education content and method constantly promote the old and new.
