哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院核心競爭力培育機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,,民辦高校面臨的競爭呈現(xiàn)出多種態(tài)勢:競爭對手不斷增多、競爭強(qiáng)度不斷加大、競爭領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)展。民辦高校既然無法回避競爭,只有積極適應(yīng)競爭并通過核心競爭力的培育和提升,形成自身持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢,才能在激烈的競爭中求得發(fā)展。本文對民辦高校核心競爭力進(jìn)行了全面、系統(tǒng)的研究。研究工作主要包括兩個方面:理論部分主要包括民辦高校核心競爭力的定義與內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及競爭形勢;實(shí)證部分對哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,建立了哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院核心競爭力生成模型,并探討了哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院核心競爭力培育機(jī)制構(gòu)建的具體措施。 本文經(jīng)過文獻(xiàn)梳理和分析發(fā)現(xiàn)我國關(guān)于大學(xué)核心競爭力的研究仍處于起步階段,專門針對民辦高校核心競爭力的研究國內(nèi)研究成果不多且內(nèi)容較為單一,對民辦高校核心競爭力的研究急需進(jìn)一步深化。因此,本文首先闡述了我國民辦高校的“發(fā)展歷程”、“發(fā)展模式”、“競爭形勢”及“發(fā)展中存在的問題”,面對這些關(guān)系到民辦高校生死存亡的問題,民辦高校要想在激烈的市場競爭中生存下來,就必須正視自身的問題。然后本文通過對哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院概況的介紹和SWOT分析,認(rèn)清了哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院的優(yōu)劣勢及機(jī)會與威脅,哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院要想突出來自公辦高校、境外高校及其他民辦高校之間的競爭包圍,為自己的生存發(fā)展贏得廣闊的空間就必須打造自身的核心競爭力。本文通過對哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院核心競爭力的分析,以及對其核心競爭力的形成與演化的研究,探討了哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院核心競爭力的形成機(jī)制與形成過程;在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院核心競爭力生成模型,并從核心層、支撐層、表現(xiàn)層和整合層四個層次分析了構(gòu)成哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院核心競爭力的關(guān)鍵要素。在哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院核心競爭力模型的基礎(chǔ)上分析了哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院辦學(xué)實(shí)際的基礎(chǔ)上,探討哈爾濱德強(qiáng)商務(wù)學(xué)院核心競爭力培育機(jī)制構(gòu)建的主要策略。要求民辦高校在經(jīng)營機(jī)制、服務(wù)與教學(xué)機(jī)制、融資機(jī)制、人力資源和組織管理機(jī)制等方面做足文章。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition faced by private colleges and universities presents a variety of trends: the number of competitors is increasing, the intensity of competition is increasing, and the field of competition is expanding. Since private colleges and universities can not avoid competition, only by actively adapting to the competition and through the cultivation and promotion of the core competitiveness, can we develop in the fierce competition by forming their own sustainable competitive advantage. This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the core competence of private colleges and universities. The research work mainly includes two aspects: the theory part mainly includes the definition and connotation of the core competence of private colleges and universities, the current situation of development and the competitive situation; In the empirical part, the author analyzes the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College by SWOT, establishes the model of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College, and probes into the concrete measures to construct the cultivation mechanism of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College. Through literature review and analysis, this paper finds that the research on the core competence of universities in China is still in its infancy, and the domestic research on the core competitiveness of private universities is not much and the content is relatively single. The research on the core competence of private colleges and universities needs to be further deepened. Therefore, this paper first expounds the "development process", "development model", "competitive situation" and "problems in development" of private colleges and universities in China, and faces these problems related to the survival and death of private colleges and universities. If private colleges want to survive in the fierce market competition, they must face up to their own problems. Then, by introducing the general situation of Harbin Deqiang Business College and analyzing the SWOT, this paper recognizes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Harbin Deqiang Business College. The competition between foreign universities and other private colleges and universities, for their own survival and development to win a broad space, we must build their own core competitiveness. Based on the analysis of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College and the research on the formation and evolution of its core competence, this paper probes into the forming mechanism and forming process of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College. On this basis, the generation model of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College is constructed, and the key elements of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College are analyzed from four levels: the core layer, the support layer, the performance layer and the integration layer. Based on the model of core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College, this paper analyzes the practice of Harbin Deqiang Business College, and probes into the main strategies of constructing the cultivation mechanism of Harbin Deqiang Business College's core competence. Private colleges and universities are required to do enough in the aspects of management mechanism, service and teaching mechanism, financing mechanism, human resources and organization and management mechanism.
