【摘要】：21世紀(jì)是我國(guó)飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,隨著世界政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的高度發(fā)展,人們的思想觀念不斷受到?jīng)_擊,人們的行為方式受到極大地影響。青年學(xué)生是最早接觸各種社會(huì)思潮的人群,是思想最活躍的社會(huì)群體,青年學(xué)生思想的起伏就是社會(huì)脈搏的跳動(dòng)。目前,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)、社會(huì)深刻變革,生長(zhǎng)在這個(gè)時(shí)代的青年學(xué)生深受影響。當(dāng)代青年學(xué)生是國(guó)家寶貴的人才資源,是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)和民族的希望,他們的思想觀念、道德素質(zhì)、能力水平、健康程度如何,直接關(guān)系到我國(guó)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的成與敗。 研究當(dāng)代青年學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn),認(rèn)清當(dāng)代青年學(xué)生思想的實(shí)質(zhì),是高校做好青年學(xué)生教育工作的重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),是實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代青年學(xué)生全面健康成長(zhǎng)的重要出發(fā)點(diǎn),是我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)科教興國(guó)、人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的重要奠基石。高校是思想的家園,是培養(yǎng)青年學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的重要基地。針對(duì)當(dāng)代青年學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn),提出合理有效的教育措施,對(duì)全面推動(dòng)高校學(xué)生教育工作有重要的促進(jìn)意義。 本文以西安地區(qū)的高校學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,對(duì)青年學(xué)生的思想狀況作真實(shí)掌握。依據(jù)詳實(shí)的調(diào)查材料,從不同角度梳理當(dāng)代青年學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn),結(jié)合社會(huì)發(fā)展的客觀實(shí)際,深入分析當(dāng)代青年學(xué)生思想成因,為青年學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)教育的實(shí)施提供了依據(jù)。采用馬斯洛需求理論和人的全面發(fā)展理論闡述對(duì)當(dāng)代青年學(xué)生開(kāi)展成長(zhǎng)教育的必要性和重要性,為本文提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。針對(duì)青年學(xué)生的思想狀況以及青年學(xué)生全面健康成長(zhǎng)的需要,筆者提出關(guān)于青年學(xué)生全面健康成長(zhǎng)教育途徑和對(duì)策的建議,以期為學(xué)生教育工作的發(fā)展提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of rapid development of our country. With the high development of world politics, economy and culture, people's ideas and ideas are constantly impacted, and the way of people's behavior is greatly affected. Young students are the earliest people who come into contact with all kinds of social thoughts and are the most active social groups. The fluctuation of young students' thoughts is the pulsation of social pulse. At present, our country economy grows fast, the society changes deeply, the young student who grows in this age is deeply influenced. The contemporary young students are the precious talent resources of the country, the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. Their ideology, moral quality, ability level and health level are directly related to the success and failure of the socialist cause of our country. Studying the ideological characteristics of contemporary young students and recognizing the essence of contemporary young students' thoughts are the important realistic basis for colleges and universities to do a good job in young students' education, and are the important starting point for realizing the all-round and healthy growth of contemporary young students. Is our country realizes the science and education rejuvenates the country, the talented person strong country strategy important foundation stone. Colleges and universities are the home of thought and an important base for the healthy growth of young students. According to the ideological characteristics of contemporary young students, it is of great significance to put forward reasonable and effective educational measures to promote the work of college students' education in an all-round way. This paper takes the college students in Xi'an area as the object of investigation and makes a real grasp of the ideological situation of the young students by means of questionnaire. According to the detailed investigation materials, combing the ideological characteristics of contemporary young students from different angles, combining with the objective reality of social development, this paper deeply analyzes the ideological causes of contemporary young students, which provides the basis for the implementation of the healthy growth education of young students. The necessity and importance of developing growth education for contemporary young students are expounded by using Maslow's demand theory and human's comprehensive development theory, which provides a solid theoretical basis for this paper. In view of the ideological situation of young students and the needs of young students' overall healthy growth, the author puts forward some suggestions on the ways and countermeasures of young students' overall healthy growth education, in order to provide reference and reference for the development of students' education work.
