【摘要】：貧困生是高校學生中的一個特殊群體。加強和改進貧困生思想政治教育,肩負著促進人全面發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)綜合性高素質(zhì)人才的重要使命,也是高校大學生思想政治教育體系的重要組成部分和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。改革開放以來,國內(nèi)和國際形勢發(fā)生了深刻變化,一方面使貧困生思想達到前所未有的高度,視野得到不斷擴展,思想更加活躍；同時也使貧困生思想政治教育,面臨更加嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文運用思想政治教育學、心理學、社會學等理論,運用文獻分析法和調(diào)查法等研究方法,提出高校思想政治教育有效性缺失的問題,從貧困生思想政治教育工作的迫切性和必要性為切入點,分析提出的問題,為增強高校貧困生思想政治教育有效性提出對策,解決提出的問題。筆者從以下幾個方面進行研究： 首先,從貧困生入手,從貧困生家庭的內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境分析了貧困生的致貧原因,介紹貧困生的思想狀況和性格特征以及導致貧困生思想和性格具有特殊性的原因。 其次,從貧困生思想政治教育有效性入手,論述了高校貧困生思想政治教育有效性的內(nèi)涵。分析增強高校思想政治教育工作有效性的迫切性,由于對貧困生的認識不夠深入,缺乏完整的貧困生檔案體系,對貧困生的教育忽視思想、心理和人格教育,對貧困生思想政治教育效果的跟蹤力度不足以及貧困生資助立法體系的欠缺。從高校思想政治教育的內(nèi)容、實踐和建設(shè)和諧校園環(huán)境為構(gòu)建和諧社會服務(wù)的角度論述了增強高校貧困生思想政治教育的必要性。 最后,根據(jù)貧困生思想、性格和心理的特殊性,為增強高校貧困生思想政治教育工作有效性提出對策。對高校貧困生不僅要和普通大學生一樣人生價值觀、誠信觀和心理健康教育,還要有針對性的進行貧困觀、勵志、感恩回報社會教育。在豐富貧困生思想政治教育內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,從各個角度,即加強貧困生的思想調(diào)查,物質(zhì)扶貧、思想扶貧和心理扶貧相結(jié)合,設(shè)置廣泛多樣的勤工助學崗位,優(yōu)化校園環(huán)境,為增強貧困生思想政治教育有效性提出了具體措施。
[Abstract]:Poor students are a special group among college students. Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of poor students shoulders the important mission of promoting the all-round development of people and cultivating comprehensive and high-quality talents. It is also an important component and key link of the ideological and political education system of college students. Since the reform and opening up, the domestic and international situation has undergone profound changes. On the one hand, the poor students' thoughts have reached an unprecedented height, their horizons have been continuously expanded, and their thoughts have become more active. At the same time, it also makes the ideological and political education of poor students face more severe challenges. Based on the theories of ideological and political education, psychology and sociology, and the methods of literature analysis and investigation, this paper puts forward the problem of the lack of validity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. From the point of view of the urgency and necessity of the ideological and political education of the poor students, this paper analyzes the problems raised, and puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the poor students in colleges and universities, and solves the problems raised. The author carries on the research from the following aspects: first, from the poor student, from the poor student's family internal and the external environment has analyzed the impoverished student's cause of poverty, This paper introduces the ideological status and character characteristics of the poor students and the reasons for the particularity of their thought and character. Secondly, starting with the effectiveness of ideological and political education of poor students, this paper discusses the connotation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education of poor students in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the urgency of strengthening the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Due to the lack of deep understanding of poor students, the lack of a complete file system for poor students, the education of poor students neglects ideological, psychological and personality education. It is insufficient to track the effect of ideological and political education of poor students and the lack of legislation system of subsidizing poor students. This paper discusses the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political education of impoverished college students from the angle of the content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the practice and construction of harmonious campus environment to serve the construction of a harmonious society. Finally, according to the particularity of the thought, character and psychology of the poor students, some countermeasures are put forward to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the poor students in colleges and universities. The poor college students should not only have the same values of life, integrity and mental health education as ordinary college students, but also carry out the education of poverty, motivation and gratitude. On the basis of enriching the contents of ideological and political education for poor students, from various angles, that is, strengthening the ideological investigation of poor students, combining material poverty alleviation, ideological poverty alleviation with psychological poverty alleviation, setting up a wide variety of work-study posts, and optimizing the campus environment, In order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for poor students put forward specific measures.
