【摘要】：大學(xué)生在當前嚴峻的就業(yè)形勢下,面臨著更大的就業(yè)困境。在多重環(huán)境的壓力下,大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀念受到不同程度的影響,呈現(xiàn)出就業(yè)選擇多元化的特點。大學(xué)生就業(yè)制度從最初的國家工作分配,到如今工作的自主選擇以及大學(xué)生自謀生路的創(chuàng)業(yè)行為,大學(xué)生的就業(yè)方式在不斷的發(fā)生變化,也更加表現(xiàn)出日趨靈活的擇業(yè)特征,時代條件的變遷也為大學(xué)生就業(yè)選擇提供了多種保障。然而,大學(xué)生在追求職業(yè)成功的時候,對發(fā)展的關(guān)注遠遠超過了對生存的關(guān)注。面對嚴峻的就業(yè)形勢,大學(xué)生選擇了不同的生存之路,無論是蟻族還是考研,都仍舊面對更加艱難的生存現(xiàn)實。探討大學(xué)生的擇業(yè)觀念和擇業(yè)行為,有助于大學(xué)生對自我發(fā)展有一定正確的認識,對高等教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和國家教育興國國策的執(zhí)行有重要的借鑒作用。對大學(xué)生來講,通過大量調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和統(tǒng)計分析,使大學(xué)生了解我國就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,正確定位自我的個人價值,從而制定和實行可行的就業(yè)措施,以此實行順利就業(yè)；對于高校來講,大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀念的正確引導(dǎo),才能為以后高等教育的發(fā)展提供正確的方向；對于社會來講,大學(xué)生就業(yè),事關(guān)國計民生,只有正確處理好大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題,才能實現(xiàn)社會安定團結(jié),促進社會主義社會良性運行與協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:College students in the current severe employment situation, facing a greater employment dilemma. Under the pressure of multiple environments, the employment concept of college students is affected by different degrees, showing the characteristics of diversified employment choices. The employment system of college students has changed constantly from the initial national job distribution to the independent choice of the work and the self-employment behavior of the college students. It also shows the increasingly flexible characteristics of choosing a job. The vicissitude of the times also provides a variety of guarantees for the employment choices of college students. However, in pursuit of career success, college students pay more attention to development than to survival. Faced with the severe employment situation, college students choose different ways of survival, whether the ants or the examination of postgraduate studies, are still facing a more difficult reality of survival. It is helpful for college students to have a correct understanding of their self-development and the sustainable development of higher education and the implementation of the national policy of rejuvenating the country through national education. For college students, through a large number of survey data and statistical analysis, we can make college students understand the current situation of employment in China, correctly position their own personal value, so as to formulate and implement feasible employment measures, so as to implement the smooth employment; For colleges and universities, the correct guidance of college students' concept of employment can provide the correct direction for the development of higher education in the future; For the society, the employment of college students is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Only by properly handling the employment problems of college students, can social stability and unity be realized, and the socialist society be promoted to run and develop in a coordinated manner.
