行業(yè)特色高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)教育問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,大學(xué)生的就業(yè)形勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)峻。行業(yè)特色高校畢業(yè)生也出現(xiàn)了就業(yè)困難。造成行業(yè)特色高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)困難的因素有很多,其中與行業(yè)特色高校大學(xué)生的就業(yè)教育密切相關(guān)。調(diào)查表明,有很多的行業(yè)特色高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的重要原因之一是他們沒(méi)有在高校受到系統(tǒng)化、科學(xué)化的就業(yè)教育,從而他們會(huì)用脫離實(shí)際的就業(yè)觀去看待就業(yè)。因此,在當(dāng)前大學(xué)生嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì)下,對(duì)行業(yè)特色高校大學(xué)生的就業(yè)教育問(wèn)題研究尤其重要。 同時(shí),當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的就業(yè)教育也是思想政治教育的重要內(nèi)容。通過(guò)實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),行業(yè)特色高校大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難表現(xiàn)在:社會(huì)就業(yè)壓力大,就業(yè)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,行業(yè)特色高校專業(yè)設(shè)置不符合市場(chǎng)需求,行業(yè)特色高校大學(xué)生對(duì)人才市場(chǎng)認(rèn)識(shí)不足。而行業(yè)特色高校就業(yè)教育存在的問(wèn)題主要表現(xiàn)為就業(yè)教育觀念陳舊,就業(yè)教育內(nèi)容缺乏針對(duì)性,實(shí)施形式單一,缺乏全程性和系統(tǒng)性,,缺乏高素質(zhì)的就業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍。借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外高校就業(yè)教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn),行業(yè)特色高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)教育應(yīng)從以下幾方面改進(jìn):一是更新行業(yè)特色高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)理念,二是創(chuàng)新行業(yè)特色高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)教育內(nèi)容和形式,三是打造專業(yè)化行業(yè)特色高校就業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍,四是建立科學(xué)的行業(yè)特色高校就業(yè)教育評(píng)價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:At present, the employment situation of college students is increasingly grim. Graduates of colleges and universities with industry characteristics also have difficulty in obtaining employment. There are many factors that cause employment difficulties for college graduates with industry characteristics, which is closely related to the employment education of college students with industry characteristics. The investigation shows that one of the important reasons for the difficulty of obtaining employment for college graduates with many professional characteristics is that they are not given systematic and scientific employment education in colleges and universities, so that they will look at employment with a view of employment which is divorced from the actual situation. Therefore, under the severe employment situation of college students, it is particularly important to study the employment education of college students with industry characteristics. At the same time, the employment education of contemporary college students is also an important content of ideological and political education. Through the empirical research, it is found that the employment difficulties of the graduates of universities with industry characteristics are as follows: the pressure of social employment is great, the employment situation is grim, and the specialties of colleges and universities with industry characteristics do not meet the needs of the market. College students with industry characteristics have insufficient understanding of the talent market. The main problems of employment education in colleges and universities with industry characteristics are that the concept of employment education is outmoded, the content of employment education lacks pertinence, the form of implementation is single, the whole process and systematicness are lacking, and the high quality teachers of employment education are lacking. Based on the experience of employment education in colleges and universities at home and abroad, the employment education of college students with industry characteristics should be improved from the following aspects: first, the concept of employment education training for college students with industry characteristics should be renewed. The second is to innovate the contents and forms of employment education for college students with industry characteristics, the third is to create a contingent of teachers for employment education in colleges and universities with professional characteristics, and the fourth is to establish a scientific evaluation system of employment education in colleges and universities with industry characteristics.
