【摘要】：教育中介組織是在我國(guó)教育領(lǐng)域中組織資源變化和管理規(guī)則調(diào)整的背景下產(chǎn)生的,它促進(jìn)了政府的職能轉(zhuǎn)變和學(xué)校的發(fā)展。但在其發(fā)展過(guò)程中也遇到了一些制度性因素的約束,需要通過(guò)創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)機(jī)制,引導(dǎo)教育中介組織走內(nèi)涵發(fā)展之路;通過(guò)加強(qiáng)規(guī)則建設(shè),構(gòu)建教育中介組織與政府間良好的結(jié)構(gòu)性關(guān)系;發(fā)揮教育中介組織的能動(dòng)性,增強(qiáng)其主動(dòng)服務(wù)政府、學(xué)校和社會(huì)的能力。
[Abstract]:Educational intermediary organizations are produced under the background of the change of organization resources and the adjustment of management rules in the field of education in our country. It promotes the transformation of government functions and the development of schools. However, in the process of its development, it also encountered some constraints of institutional factors, so it is necessary to guide educational intermediary organizations to take the road of connotation development through innovative incentive mechanism. Through strengthening the construction of rules, constructing the good structural relationship between educational intermediary organizations and governments, giving full play to the initiative of educational intermediary organizations and strengthening their ability to actively serve the government, schools and society.
