【摘要】：黨的十七屆六中全會提出社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮,其中再一次強調(diào)樹立和踐行社會主義榮辱觀。高等院校必須把這項工作抓好抓實。通過榮辱觀教育不斷提升大學生的社會責任感、道德素質(zhì)和道德層次,從而為大學生道德建設(shè)提供新的發(fā)展動力,進一步促進大學生更好地學習中華民族優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化。最為關(guān)鍵是要盡快科學地構(gòu)建大學生社會主義榮辱觀的教育體系,一方面要建構(gòu)大學榮辱觀教育體系,包括建立教育工作體系、編制大學生榮辱觀教育系統(tǒng)化方案、制訂行之有效的考評機制與保障措施,另一方面要建構(gòu)全社會榮辱觀教育體系,包括宣傳文化部門全面負責用先進文化引領(lǐng)榮辱觀的教育、精神文明建設(shè)部門負責加強社會良好風氣的建設(shè)、新聞傳播部門負責價值導向的宣傳與普及、共青團組織負責大學生榮辱觀教育活動的組織、婦聯(lián)組織負責家庭的榮辱觀教育工作等五個層次齊抓共管,形成科學完整的大學生社會主義榮辱觀教育體系。
[Abstract]:The sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee proposed the great development and prosperity of socialist culture, in which once again it emphasized the establishment and practice of socialist concept of honor and disgrace. Colleges and universities must do a good job in this work. Through the education of the concept of honor and disgrace, college students' sense of social responsibility, moral quality and moral level are constantly promoted, thus providing a new motive force for the moral construction of college students, and further promoting college students to learn the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation better. The most important thing is to construct the education system of college students' socialist concept of honor and disgrace as soon as possible. To formulate effective appraisal mechanism and safeguard measures, on the other hand, to construct the education system of the whole society's concept of honor and disgrace, including propagating the education of leading the concept of honor and disgrace with advanced culture. The construction department of spiritual civilization is responsible for strengthening the construction of a good social atmosphere, the news and communication department is responsible for the promotion and popularization of value orientation, and the Communist Youth League is responsible for organizing the education activities for college students' concept of honor and disgrace. The Women's Federation is responsible for the education of the family's concept of honor and disgrace, and forms a scientific and complete education system of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace for college students.
