高校突發(fā)公共事件中的思想政治教育探究

【摘要】：隨著社會環(huán)境的變遷，大學校園內部的各種突發(fā)公共事件時有發(fā)生。突發(fā)公共事件不僅會危及學生的生命財產安全，甚至會影響社會全局。高校作為建設社會主義精神文明的重要陣地，在公共安全建設中必須履行應對危機的責任。處理好突發(fā)事件對于維護高校的穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展、構建社會主義和諧社會具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。因而，，本文擬就高校突發(fā)公共事件中的思想政治教育問題展開研究。 高校突發(fā)公共事件會造成校園的不穩(wěn)定，并迅速影響到社會、國家的改革、穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展。思想政治教育是高校突發(fā)公共事件應急管理中不容忽視的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)，對高校突發(fā)公共事件中的思想政治教育進行研究，不僅為高校的思想政治工作提供了新方法,而且還豐富了高校思想政治工作理論,具有一定的理論意義。 本文首先對高校突發(fā)公共事件的表現(xiàn)形式進行概述，在結合相關實例列舉的基礎之上，介紹高校突發(fā)公共事件所造成的影響，歸納及分析高校突發(fā)公共事件的成因，進而探討如何加強高校突發(fā)公共事件中的思想政治教育，指出了在處理高校突發(fā)事件過程中如何實現(xiàn)思想政治教育對事件本身和前后過程的全覆蓋，確保大學生思想政治教育效果的最大化。
[Abstract]:With the change of social environment, a variety of unexpected public events occur from time to time. Public emergencies not only endanger the life and property of students, but also affect the whole society. As an important position in building socialist spiritual civilization, colleges and universities must fulfill their responsibility to deal with the crisis in the construction of public safety. It is of great practical significance to deal with emergencies to maintain the stability and development of colleges and universities and to build a harmonious socialist society. Therefore, this paper intends to carry out a study on ideological and political education in public emergencies in colleges and universities. Sudden public events in colleges and universities will cause instability on campus, and will quickly affect the reform, stability and development of society and country. Ideological and political education is an important link in the emergency management of public emergencies in colleges and universities. The study of ideological and political education in public emergencies in colleges and universities not only provides a new method for the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. It also enriches the theory of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and has certain theoretical significance. This paper first summarizes the manifestation of public emergencies in colleges and universities, introduces the impact of public emergencies in colleges and universities on the basis of relevant examples, and summarizes and analyzes the causes of public emergencies in colleges and universities. Then it probes into how to strengthen the ideological and political education in the sudden public events in colleges and universities, and points out how to realize the full coverage of the ideological and political education to the events themselves and the process before and after the events in the course of dealing with the unexpected events in colleges and universities. To ensure the maximum effect of ideological and political education for college students.
