新疆伊犁師范學院開設(shè)聯(lián)合創(chuàng)作課程可行性研究

【摘要】:進入21世紀以來,隨著國家的影視行業(yè)不斷地蓬勃發(fā)展,國家政府對影視傳媒人才的培養(yǎng)更是給予了高度的重視。顯而易見,影視行業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開專業(yè)的人才,而專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)又離不開高校。而近年來,針對影視產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的需要,,全國眾多高等院校如雨后春筍般的開設(shè)或拓展了影視相關(guān)專業(yè)。 隨著這些專業(yè)學科的開設(shè),相關(guān)的問題也就隨之而來了。這些院校所開設(shè)的專業(yè)大部分存在學科建設(shè)不完善;相關(guān)硬件配備不足;專業(yè)教師水平良莠不齊。在這樣的教育水平前提下,所培養(yǎng)出來的學生的專業(yè)能力,不言而喻,也會受到質(zhì)疑。雖然一些院校都在針對自己的實際條件,進行相應(yīng)的變革,從根本上尋求解決的方法。但是依然有很大一部分院校依然使用著陳舊的教學理念,與落后的教學手段在樂此不疲的“培育人才”。 本文是根據(jù)筆者在伊犁師范學院支教工作期間,針對廣播電視專業(yè)進行聯(lián)合創(chuàng)作課程試行應(yīng)用的實踐過程,對新疆伊犁師范學院廣播電視專業(yè)開設(shè)聯(lián)合創(chuàng)作課程的可行性進行研究分析。力圖通過聯(lián)合創(chuàng)作課程,對學院的學科建設(shè)起到一些改變的作用。雖然依靠一門課程是無法改變現(xiàn)有的教學模式,因為冰凍三尺非一日之寒,想要對傳統(tǒng)的教學模式進行變革需要一步步的研究與探索。但是聯(lián)合創(chuàng)作課程確是改變學校傳統(tǒng)教學模式的一個很好的切入點,筆者認為在新疆伊犁師范學院試行聯(lián)合創(chuàng)作課程是否具有可行性,是為伊犁師范學院廣播電視專業(yè)的教學改革起到了了一個良好的開端。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the rapid development of the national film and television industry, the national government attaches great importance to the cultivation of talents in the film and television media. Obviously, the development of film and television industry can not be separated from professional talents, and the cultivation of professional talents can not be separated from colleges and universities. In recent years, in response to the rapid development of the film and television industry, many colleges and universities in China have sprung up or expanded the film and television related specialties. With the opening of these professional disciplines, related problems have followed. Most of the specialties offered by these colleges are imperfect in discipline construction, inadequate in hardware, and uneven in the level of professional teachers. At such a level of education, the professional ability of the students is self-evident and questioned. Although some colleges and universities are in accordance with their actual conditions, the corresponding changes, fundamentally seek solutions. However, there are still a large number of colleges and universities still using old teaching ideas and backward teaching methods in the "cultivation of talent". This paper is based on the practical process of the pilot application of joint creative courses for radio and television majors during the teaching work of the author in Yili normal College. The feasibility of setting up joint creative courses for radio and television majors in Xinjiang Yili normal College is studied and analyzed. Through the joint creation of courses, the college discipline construction plays a role in some changes. Although it is impossible to change the existing teaching mode by relying on one course, it is necessary to study and explore step by step if we want to reform the traditional teaching mode. However, the joint creation course is a good breakthrough point to change the traditional teaching mode of the school. The author thinks that it is feasible to try out the joint creation course in Xinjiang Yili normal College. Is for the Yili normal College radio and television major teaching reform has played a good start.
