美國弗羅斯特堡州立大學教師管理研究

【摘要】:“所謂大學者,非有大樓之謂也,有大師之謂也。”著名的教育家梅貽琦先生曾說。所謂大師則是教師,若是大學要辦好,則教師一定要出色。因而大學教師管理制度則是教師出色之基礎。 本文基于對弗羅斯特堡州立大學《教師手冊》的文本分析,對其教師管理制度進行研究,為解決我國高校教師管理的相關問題提供理論和實踐操作層次的支持。首先,本文分析了以往國內外有關本課題大學教師管理的部分研究,對本文中涉及的基本概念進行了界定及對國內外有關大學教師管理研究的文獻綜述和研究方法。隨后通過對弗羅斯特堡州立大學教師管理組織機構加以概述,闡述和總結弗羅斯特堡州立大學教師管理的內涵,從行政和學術管理組織兩方面體現教師的管理職能。其次,進而對弗羅斯特堡州立大學《教師手冊》和《教師員工守則》的分析基礎上,闡述弗羅斯特堡州立大學的教師管理制度。再次,從教師聘用、教師評估考核、教師晉升、教師休假制度與薪酬、教師申訴與申請制度幾方面歸納其弗羅斯特堡州立大學教師管理的鮮明特點。最后,綜述研究其弗羅斯特堡州立大學教師管理制度對于改革完善我國大學教師管理制度的啟示、借鑒及現實意義。 本文為我國大學教師管理制度于理論依據上提供方法論指導,從而豐富和完善我國大學教師管理理論,對大學教師管理研究有著一定的規(guī)范作用。從教師管理方面弗羅斯特堡州立大學的實際問題,并就高校教師的管理,以在解決具體問題時,有一個比較現實的參考學習意義。
[Abstract]:"A great scholar is not a building, but a master." Mr. Mei Yiqi, a famous educator, once said. A master is a teacher. If a university wants to run well, the teacher must be excellent. Therefore, the management system of university teachers is the foundation of teachers' excellence. Based on the analysis of the text of the teacher's Handbook at Forrostburg State University, this paper studies the teacher management system in order to provide theoretical and practical support for solving the problems related to the management of teachers in colleges and universities in China. First of all, this paper analyzes some previous researches on the management of university teachers at home and abroad, defines the basic concepts involved in this paper, and summarizes the literature and research methods of the research on the management of university teachers at home and abroad. Then, by summarizing the organization of teacher management in Frosterburg State University, this paper expounds and summarizes the connotation of teacher management in Frosterburg State University, and embodies the management function of teachers from the two aspects of administration and academic management organization. Secondly, on the basis of the analysis of the teacher's Handbook and the teacher's staff Code, the author expounds the teacher management system of Frosterburg State University. Thirdly, from the aspects of teacher employment, teacher evaluation and assessment, teacher promotion, teacher leave system and salary, teacher appeal and application system, this paper summarizes the distinctive characteristics of teacher management in Frostburg State University. Finally, the author summarizes the enlightenment, reference and practical significance of the research on the teacher management system of Frostburg State University for the reform and perfection of the university teacher management system in China. This paper provides the methodological guidance for the university teacher management system in our country on the theoretical basis, thus enriches and consummates the university teacher management theory of our country, has the certain standard function to the university teacher management research. From the aspect of teacher management, the practical problems of Frostburg State University and the management of university teachers are discussed in order to solve the specific problems and have a practical reference significance.
