大學(xué)學(xué)部的功能與影響因素研究
[Abstract]:As an important measure to promote the reform of the internal management system of universities, some colleges and universities in China have carried out the reform of the department system one after another. They have accumulated beneficial experience in the reform of the system of learning departments, but there are also some problems, among which the most important one is the schools and the departments of learning. The relationship between the three colleges is not straightened out, and the functional orientation of the department is not clear. Therefore, it is helpful to further promote and perfect the development of the university department by studying the function of the university department and determining the direction of improving the operation of the department through the research of the influencing factors. Based on systematics, the theory of academic productivity and the theory of academic organization, this paper studies the functional orientation and influencing factors of university departments. By taking the domestic environment as the external system, the article understands the present situation of the management system of colleges and universities in China, and takes into account the internal management mode of universities with Chinese characteristics. Oxford University and Manchester University, which are suitable for our country's development stage, are selected as the model to analyze the functions of the university department. Combining the experience of foreign countries with the actual situation of our country to complete the logical analysis of the functional positioning of the academic departments in China, the functional positioning of the departments of study in China is obtained. After completing the function orientation, this paper also carries on the research on the influencing factors of the operation of the department in order to improve the direction of the operation of the university better, taking the department of Zhejiang university as the research object, considering from the angle of the ideology and the organization structure, Referring to the relevant research reports, the author integrates the relevant factors of the operation of the department, and verifies the relevance of the influencing factors through the empirical research methods, such as questionnaires and interviews, and carries on the correlation analysis. Reached the most important factor lies in the ideological orientation and school level factors. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the better development of the university department.
