【摘要】：國內(nèi)部分高校陸續(xù)開展學(xué)部制改革作為促進大學(xué)內(nèi)部管理體制改革的重要舉措,學(xué)部制改革積累了有益經(jīng)驗,但是也存在著一些問題,其中很重要的一點是學(xué)校、學(xué)部、學(xué)院三者之間的關(guān)系沒有理順,學(xué)部的功能定位不清晰。因此對大學(xué)學(xué)部進行功能定位,并通過影響因素的研究來確定改善學(xué)部運行的方向是有助于深入推進并完善大學(xué)學(xué)部發(fā)展的。 本文以系統(tǒng)學(xué)、學(xué)術(shù)生產(chǎn)力理論和學(xué)術(shù)組織理論為研究基礎(chǔ),對大學(xué)學(xué)部的功能定位和影響因素進行研究。文章通過以國內(nèi)大環(huán)境為外在系統(tǒng),了解我國高校管理體制的現(xiàn)狀,考慮到中國特色的高校內(nèi)部管理模式,并選取了國外一流高校中適合我國目前發(fā)展階段學(xué)習(xí)借鑒的牛津大學(xué)和曼徹斯特大學(xué)為藍本分析其學(xué)部職能,將國外經(jīng)驗與我國的實際情況相結(jié)合以完成我國學(xué)部功能定位的邏輯分析,獲得較適合我國學(xué)部的功能定位。在完成功能定位之后,本文為更好的改善學(xué)部運行的方向還進行了影響學(xué)部運行因素的研究,以浙江大學(xué)學(xué)部為研究對象,從思想觀念和組織結(jié)構(gòu)角度考慮,并參考了相關(guān)調(diào)研報告整合出了相關(guān)的學(xué)部運行影響因素,通過問卷調(diào)查和訪談等實證研究方法驗證了影響因素的相關(guān)性,并進行了相關(guān)度分析,得出了最重要的因素在于思想定位和學(xué)校層面因素的結(jié)論。最后本文對大學(xué)學(xué)部更良好的發(fā)展提出了若干政策建議。
[Abstract]:As an important measure to promote the reform of the internal management system of universities, some colleges and universities in China have carried out the reform of the department system one after another. They have accumulated beneficial experience in the reform of the system of learning departments, but there are also some problems, among which the most important one is the schools and the departments of learning. The relationship between the three colleges is not straightened out, and the functional orientation of the department is not clear. Therefore, it is helpful to further promote and perfect the development of the university department by studying the function of the university department and determining the direction of improving the operation of the department through the research of the influencing factors. Based on systematics, the theory of academic productivity and the theory of academic organization, this paper studies the functional orientation and influencing factors of university departments. By taking the domestic environment as the external system, the article understands the present situation of the management system of colleges and universities in China, and takes into account the internal management mode of universities with Chinese characteristics. Oxford University and Manchester University, which are suitable for our country's development stage, are selected as the model to analyze the functions of the university department. Combining the experience of foreign countries with the actual situation of our country to complete the logical analysis of the functional positioning of the academic departments in China, the functional positioning of the departments of study in China is obtained. After completing the function orientation, this paper also carries on the research on the influencing factors of the operation of the department in order to improve the direction of the operation of the university better, taking the department of Zhejiang university as the research object, considering from the angle of the ideology and the organization structure, Referring to the relevant research reports, the author integrates the relevant factors of the operation of the department, and verifies the relevance of the influencing factors through the empirical research methods, such as questionnaires and interviews, and carries on the correlation analysis. Reached the most important factor lies in the ideological orientation and school level factors. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the better development of the university department.
