【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)型企業(yè)家在大學(xué)衍生企業(yè)的創(chuàng)建與成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中扮演著重要角色�；谌珖�(guó)"211工程"大學(xué)衍生企業(yè)的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模技術(shù)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了在學(xué)術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)兩種不同環(huán)境的支持效應(yīng)下學(xué)術(shù)型企業(yè)家的創(chuàng)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)理,并探討學(xué)術(shù)型企業(yè)家的創(chuàng)業(yè)行為如何作用于大學(xué)衍生企業(yè)的績(jī)效表現(xiàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):學(xué)術(shù)型企業(yè)家的創(chuàng)業(yè)感知作為中介變量,影響了環(huán)境支持對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的促進(jìn)模式,形成了"環(huán)境支持→創(chuàng)業(yè)感知→創(chuàng)業(yè)行為"的創(chuàng)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制,并且,學(xué)術(shù)型企業(yè)家的創(chuàng)業(yè)行為對(duì)大學(xué)衍生企業(yè)的績(jī)效表現(xiàn)有顯著的積極貢獻(xiàn)。在這一過(guò)程中,學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境支持要素與產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境支持要素的支持方式有所差異。
[Abstract]:Academic entrepreneurs play an important role in the establishment and growth of university derivative enterprises. Based on the investigation data of "211 Project" university derivative enterprises, the paper empirically tests the entrepreneurial driving mechanism of academic entrepreneurs under the support effect of academic and industrial environments by using structural equation modeling technology. It also discusses how the entrepreneurial behavior of academic entrepreneurs plays an important role in the performance of university-derived enterprises. It is found that the entrepreneurial perception of academic entrepreneurs, as an intermediary variable, affects the promotion mode of environmental support for entrepreneurial behavior, and forms the entrepreneurial driving mechanism of "Entrepreneurship perception and Entrepreneurship behavior". The entrepreneurial behavior of academic entrepreneurs has a significant positive contribution to the performance of university derivative enterprises. In this process, there are some differences between the supporting factors of academic environment and industrial environment.
