社會(huì)工作方法在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:在國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)發(fā)生深刻變化的新形勢(shì)下,中央出臺(tái)了一系列有關(guān)加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的文件,大學(xué)生思想政治教育也進(jìn)一步受到社會(huì)的高度關(guān)注。大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作面臨著許多新情況新問(wèn)題,要實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的有效開(kāi)展,用新的方法去改變目前大學(xué)生思想政治教育的不良現(xiàn)狀顯得尤為重要。 本文以黨中央關(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的文件精神為指導(dǎo),綜合運(yùn)用大學(xué)生思想政治教育學(xué)原理與社會(huì)工作的相關(guān)理論,通過(guò)分析社會(huì)工作三大基本方法在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中運(yùn)用的必要性和可行性,闡明了社會(huì)工作方法在解決大學(xué)生思想政治教育問(wèn)題上具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了社會(huì)工作三大方法在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的運(yùn)用的策略。就此,本文采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法、案例分析法,對(duì)本課題進(jìn)行了深入的研究。 本課題研究共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分為導(dǎo)論,主要是提出研究的問(wèn)題和闡釋研究的意義;第二部分主要是理論基礎(chǔ),詳細(xì)闡釋了社會(huì)工作的三大方法,,為大學(xué)生思想政治教育中運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作方法提供了理論依據(jù);第三部分主要是分析社會(huì)工作方法在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中運(yùn)用的必要性和可行性,探析社會(huì)工作方法在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的重要意義;第四部分重點(diǎn)論述了社會(huì)工作三大方法在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的具體運(yùn)用,這一部分也是本文的研究目的;第五部分對(duì)本研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),同時(shí)指出存在的不足,并提出今后努力的方向。 本研究結(jié)果如下: 第一,個(gè)案工作方法有準(zhǔn)備有計(jì)劃的實(shí)施過(guò)程,為大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有序開(kāi)展提供了清晰的思路與途徑。 第二,個(gè)案工作方法在實(shí)施過(guò)程中采用的各種技術(shù),為大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效開(kāi)展提供了具體的方法和技巧。 第三,個(gè)案工作方法的主要治療模式,為解決大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的問(wèn)題提供了有效的技術(shù)與手段支持。 第四,小組工作方法的實(shí)施過(guò)程和治療模式是圍繞著社會(huì)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)的,而大學(xué)生思想政治教育本身就是一個(gè)重要的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,這提高了解決大學(xué)生問(wèn)題的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。 第五,小組工作方法的技巧為大學(xué)生群體思想政治教育的開(kāi)展提供了有效的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。 第六,無(wú)論是社區(qū)工作方法的實(shí)施程序,還是社區(qū)工作方法的主要模式,在一定程度上對(duì)高校社區(qū)有效開(kāi)展思想政治教育有著積極的參考價(jià)值。 根據(jù)以上結(jié)果,本研究從三大方法各自的角度提出了在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作方法的建議: (一)個(gè)案工作方法的程序、技術(shù)和模式在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的運(yùn)用。 (二)小組工作方法的程序、技巧和模式在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的運(yùn)用。 (三)社區(qū)工作方法的程序和模式在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of profound changes in the international and domestic situation, the Central Committee has issued a series of documents on strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, and the ideological and political education of college students has also been highly concerned by the society. The ideological and political education of college students is faced with many new situations and new problems. In order to carry out the ideological and political education of college students effectively, it is very important to change the bad situation of the ideological and political education of college students by new methods. Guided by the document spirit of the Party Central Committee on strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, this paper synthetically applies the relevant theories of ideological and political education of college students and social work. By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the application of the three basic methods of social work in the ideological and political education of college students, this paper expounds that the social work methods have important practical significance in solving the problems of ideological and political education of college students. On this basis, three methods of social work in the ideological and political education of college students are put forward. In this paper, literature research method, comparative analysis method and case analysis method are used to deeply study this subject. This research is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly raises the research question and the explanation research significance; The second part mainly is the theory foundation, elaborated the social work three big methods, has provided the theory basis for the university student ideological and political education to use the social work method; The third part mainly analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of the social work method in the ideological and political education of college students, and analyzes the important significance of the social work method in the ideological and political education of college students. The fourth part focuses on the concrete application of the three methods of social work in the ideological and political education of college students, which is also the purpose of this paper. The fifth part summarizes the research, points out the shortcomings and puts forward the direction of future efforts. The results of this study are as follows: first, the case work method has a prepared and planned implementation process, which provides clear ideas and approaches for the orderly development of ideological and political education of college students. Secondly, the various techniques used in the implementation of the case work method provide specific methods and techniques for the effective development of ideological and political education of college students. Thirdly, the main treatment mode of case work method provides effective technical and means support for solving the problems in ideological and political education of college students. Fourthly, the implementation process and treatment mode of the group work method revolve around the social problems, and the ideological and political education of college students itself is an important social problem, which improves the pertinence and effectiveness of solving the problems of college students. Fifth, the skills of group work methods provide effective technical guidance for the ideological and political education of college students. Sixth, whether it is the implementation procedure of community work method or the main mode of community work method, to some extent, it has positive reference value to effectively carry out ideological and political education in university community. Based on the above results, this study puts forward some suggestions on the application of social work methods in the ideological and political education of college students from the perspectives of the three major methods: (1) the procedure of case work method, The application of technology and mode in ideological and political education of college students. (2) the application of the procedures, skills and models of the group working methods in the ideological and political education of college students. (3) the application of the procedure and mode of community work method in the ideological and political education of college students.
