【摘要】：列寧說，“榜樣的力量是無窮的”。鄧小平也指出“身教重于言行”。也有人說，“生活中沒有學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣是悲哀的，有榜樣而不知尊敬和學(xué)習(xí)，則是更大的悲哀和不幸�！雹侔駱咏逃撬枷胝谓逃囊粋�(gè)有效的方法，自古至今在人類的教育史上有著舉足輕重的地位，在人類的教化過程中產(chǎn)生了不可替代的作用。榜樣教育的作用在我國任何時(shí)期都受到國家和社會的高度重視，它對于改善和提高民眾的道德素質(zhì)，凈化社會的風(fēng)氣都有著獨(dú)特的作用。 “90后”特指1990年1月1日到1999年12月31日出生的一代人，是一個(gè)特殊的群體。他們相較于“80后”來說處于更加豐富多彩的時(shí)代，，具有不同的學(xué)習(xí)生活經(jīng)歷和性格特點(diǎn)。分析“90后”的個(gè)性特點(diǎn)，了解他們的行為習(xí)慣，對于榜樣教育的實(shí)施有著十分重要的作用。目前，“90后”基本上處在尚未獨(dú)立或者將要獨(dú)立的時(shí)期。他們聰明好學(xué)、蓬勃向上，愛黨愛國，好奇心強(qiáng)、思維較活躍、但主體性不夠健全、自我約束意識不強(qiáng)。這就要求在進(jìn)行榜樣教育時(shí)，不能一味地進(jìn)行灌輸式教育。 本文主體共分為三個(gè)部分： 第一部分主要闡述了榜樣教育的相關(guān)概念，分析和闡述了榜樣與榜樣教育的概念和特點(diǎn)、榜樣與偶像的概念和關(guān)系、榜樣教育與“90后”的概念和關(guān)系，旨在對文章主題進(jìn)行必要的鋪墊。 第二部分主要分析了“90后”榜樣教育的現(xiàn)狀，指出了榜樣教育在“90后”中取得的一些成就和積極影響，分析了“90后”榜樣教育存在的主要問題和影響因素，分析“90后”的榜樣教育的現(xiàn)狀，幫助相應(yīng)對策的提出。 第三部分主要是提出了一些“90后”榜樣教育的基本對策，包括科學(xué)合理地選樹榜樣，積極有效地運(yùn)用榜樣，優(yōu)化榜樣教育的環(huán)境，發(fā)揮師長等的示范作用等，以推動“90后”榜樣教育的蓬勃開展，促進(jìn)“90后”的健康成長成才。

(1) example education is an effective method of ideological and political education, Since ancient times, it has played an important role in the history of human education and has played an irreplaceable role in the process of human education. The role of role model education is highly valued by the state and society at any time in our country. It plays a unique role in improving and improving the moral quality of the people and purifying the social atmosphere. The "post-90s" generation, a special group, refers to the generation born between January 1, 1990 and December 31, 1999. They are in a more colorful era than the post-80s, with different learning and life experiences and personality characteristics. It is very important to analyze the personality characteristics and understand their behavior habits for the implementation of role model education. At present, the "90 s" is basically in the period of independence or will be independent. They are intelligent and studious, vigorous, patriotic, curious and active, but their subjectivity is not perfect and their self-restraint consciousness is not strong. This requires that the example education, can not blindly carry out the education. The main body of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part mainly expounds the related concepts of role model education, analyzes and expounds the concept and characteristics of example and role model education, the concept and relationship between role model and idol. The concept and relationship between role model education and the post-90s are intended to pave the way for the theme of the article. The second part mainly analyzes the present situation of the "post-90s" role model education, points out some achievements and positive effects of the "post-90s" model education, and analyzes the main problems and influencing factors of the "post-90s" role model education. This paper analyzes the present situation of the post-90s model education, and helps to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The third part mainly puts forward some basic countermeasures of "post-90s" role model education, including scientific and reasonable selection of role models, positive and effective use of role models, optimizing the environment of example education, and giving play to the role of teachers and teachers, and so on. In order to promote the "90's" model education to flourish, promote the "90's" healthy growth.
