馬克思主義人學視角下大學思想政治教育情感目標研究

【摘要】:情感是人對客觀事物是否滿足自身需要而產(chǎn)生的一種態(tài)度體驗,它是人精神生活中一個不可缺少的重要組成部分。大學思想政治教育情感目標作為思想政治教育目標的一個重要組成部分,它是大學思想政治教育在學生興趣、態(tài)度、價值、欣賞和適應等方面的發(fā)展質(zhì)量所要達到的預期結(jié)果或者總體標準。 長期以來,大學思想政治教育重認知傳承輕情感教育,片面理解人性,局限追求人的發(fā)展,主體性張揚不夠,造成思想政治教育存在這樣的問題:過于強調(diào)科學理性,忽視情感體驗;固守課堂環(huán)境,遠離日常生活;偏重認知積累,,忽略行為改變等,導致思想政治教育實效性普遍不高。因此,基于馬克思主義人學視角,探究大學思想政治教育情感目標的構建,旨在促進大學思想政治教育的認知目標、情感目標與行為目標的和諧實現(xiàn),通過激發(fā)學生學習興趣,增強學習動機,形成大學生正確的世界觀、人生觀與價值觀,促使大學生積極主動內(nèi)化與自覺踐行馬克思主義理論,從而提高大學思想政治教育的實效性。 馬克思主義人學思想強調(diào)“以人為本”,尊重人的興趣、需要等個性特征,注重提高人的主體性,激發(fā)人的本質(zhì)力量,促進人的理性與非理性的和諧發(fā)展,從而不斷推進人的道德感、理智感、美感等方面的全面、自由的發(fā)展。這為解決當代人的生存發(fā)展危機,以及思想政治教育變革提供了科學的理論指導。 從馬克思主義人學出發(fā),采用文獻法、訪談法等研究方法,嘗試構建我國大學思想政治情感目標,即引起自覺注意目標,激發(fā)積極反應目標,促進主動內(nèi)化目標,提高自主個性目標,并探尋實現(xiàn)思想政治教育情感目標的可行路徑,可以從以下方面著手:堅持以人為本理念,重視思想政治教育情感目標;構建民主平等師生關系,促進思想政治教育的內(nèi)化;培養(yǎng)學生良好個性,增強思想政治教育的內(nèi)驅(qū)力;豐富課程教學內(nèi)容,提升思想政治教育的開放性;采取多種評價方式,引導思想政治教育主體自覺踐行。
[Abstract]:Emotion is a kind of attitude experience of whether the objective things meet their own needs. It is an indispensable part of human spiritual life. As an important part of the goal of ideological and political education, the emotional goal of college ideological and political education is the interest, attitude and value of college ideological and political education. The expected results or overall standards to be achieved by the quality of development in terms of appreciation and adaptation. For a long time, ideological and political education in universities has paid more attention to cognitive inheritance than emotional education, one-sided understanding of human nature, limited pursuit of human development, and insufficient publicity of subjectivity, resulting in such problems in ideological and political education: too much emphasis on scientific rationality, Ignoring emotional experience; Clinging to classroom environment and keeping away from daily life, paying more attention to cognitive accumulation and neglecting behavior change lead to the low effectiveness of ideological and political education. Therefore, in order to promote the realization of cognitive goal, emotional goal and behavioral goal of college ideological and political education, the purpose of this paper is to stimulate students' interest in learning by exploring the construction of emotional goals in college ideological and political education from the perspective of Marxist humanism. Strengthen the motivation of study, form the correct world outlook, outlook on life and values of college students, promote the students to actively internalize and consciously practice Marxist theory, thus improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities. Marxist humanistic thought emphasizes "people-oriented", respects people's interest, needs and other personality characteristics, pays attention to the enhancement of human's subjectivity, stimulates human's essential strength, and promotes the harmonious development of human's rationality and irrationality. In order to constantly promote the moral sense, sense of reason, aesthetic and other aspects of comprehensive, free development. This provides scientific theoretical guidance for solving the crisis of survival and development of contemporary people and the reform of ideological and political education. Based on Marxist humanism, this paper tries to construct the ideological and political emotion target of university in our country by using the methods of literature and interview, that is, to arouse the conscious attention goal, to stimulate the positive reaction target, to promote the active internalization goal. To improve the goal of independent personality and to explore the feasible way to achieve the emotional goal of ideological and political education, we can proceed from the following aspects: adhere to the people-oriented concept, attach importance to the emotional goal of ideological and political education; To construct the democratic and equal teacher-student relationship, to promote the internalization of ideological and political education, to cultivate students' good personality, to strengthen the internal drive of ideological and political education, to enrich the teaching contents of curriculum and to promote the openness of ideological and political education; Adopt a variety of evaluation methods to guide the ideological and political education subject consciously practice.
