【摘要】：工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)活動是創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分，工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式研究直接影響著科技創(chuàng)業(yè)效率和成功率，關(guān)系著工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)活動的發(fā)展。在現(xiàn)有研究成果中，關(guān)于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)模式的研究，本質(zhì)上說，只是對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)形式的劃分，缺少實際操作性。關(guān)于工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)及科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式研究更為少見，這一領(lǐng)域還未形成系統(tǒng)的可指導(dǎo)工科大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐的理論體系。因此，本文選定工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式為研究對象，應(yīng)用創(chuàng)業(yè)和系統(tǒng)理論，對其進(jìn)行深入的模式設(shè)計和選擇研究。研究目的在于形成工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)的系統(tǒng)理論，以提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)效率。 本文首先基于工科大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)理論，歸納界定工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式概念，分析其特征和功能；并對工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式的要素構(gòu)成、支撐平臺及運行方式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析，為科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式設(shè)計做理論基礎(chǔ)；其次，基于管理學(xué)組織設(shè)計理論、為滿足人才類型和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程要求，歸納并詳細(xì)設(shè)計三種科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式，分析各自特點和適用條件；再次，基于科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式客觀條件構(gòu)建模式選擇模型，并根據(jù)選擇最優(yōu)排序結(jié)果選擇適合創(chuàng)業(yè)者的科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式，為創(chuàng)業(yè)者使用提供指導(dǎo)路徑；最后，研究其模式運行條件及保障措施；文章結(jié)尾以HT量儀公司創(chuàng)始人創(chuàng)業(yè)模式為實證，論證工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式理論研究具有實用價值。 工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)模式將大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)需求與工科大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育，科學(xué)研究實踐和成果轉(zhuǎn)化相結(jié)合，依托高�？萍紙@區(qū)作為創(chuàng)業(yè)基地，使工科大學(xué)生利用科技產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行科技創(chuàng)業(yè)。其研究成果對于解決工科大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)難問題具有理論意義；對于工科大學(xué)生走科技創(chuàng)業(yè)之路具有實踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The scientific and technological entrepreneurial activities of engineering college students are an important part of the entrepreneurial economy. The research on the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model of engineering college students directly affects the efficiency and success rate of scientific and technological entrepreneurship, and relates to the development of the scientific and technological entrepreneurial activities of engineering college students. Among the existing research results, the research on the entrepreneurial model of college students is, in essence, only the division of the entrepreneurial forms of college students, which lacks the practical operation. The research on science and technology entrepreneurship and scientific and technological entrepreneurship model of engineering college students is more rare, and no systematic theoretical system has been formed in this field to guide the entrepreneurial practice of engineering college students. Therefore, this paper chooses the science and technology entrepreneurship model of engineering college students as the research object, applies the entrepreneurship and the system theory, carries on the thorough pattern design and the choice research to it. The purpose of this study is to form a systematic theory of science and technology entrepreneurship of engineering college students in order to improve the efficiency of university students' entrepreneurship. Firstly, based on the entrepreneurship theory of engineering college students, this paper induces and defines the concept of science and technology entrepreneurship model of engineering college students, and analyzes its characteristics and functions. It also makes a systematic analysis of the essential elements, supporting platform and operation mode of the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model of engineering college students, and makes a theoretical basis for the design of the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model. Secondly, based on the management organization design theory, in order to meet the requirements of talent types and technological innovation process, three scientific and technological entrepreneurship models are summarized and designed in detail, and their respective characteristics and applicable conditions are analyzed. Thirdly, the model selection model is constructed based on the objective conditions of the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model, and the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model suitable for the entrepreneur is selected according to the selection of the optimal ranking result, which provides the guidance path for the entrepreneur to use. Finally, the paper studies the operating conditions of the model and the safeguard measures. At the end of the article, the author demonstrates the practical value of the theoretical research on the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model of the engineering college students, taking the founder's entrepreneurial model of the HT meter company as an example. The scientific and technological entrepreneurship model of engineering college students combines the demand for scientific and technological entrepreneurship with the entrepreneurship education, scientific research practice and transformation of achievements, and relies on the science and technology park of colleges and universities as the starting base. To enable engineering students to use science and technology products for scientific and technological entrepreneurship. The research results have theoretical significance for solving the difficult problem of entrepreneurship of engineering college students, and practical guiding significance for engineering college students to take the road of science and technology entrepreneurship.
