高校應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生求職行為與社會支持的關(guān)系:職業(yè)決策自我效能的中介作用
[Abstract]:Individual job-seeking behavior has gradually become an important subject in the study of human resource management and organizational behavior in the West. Especially for college graduates who are about to step into society and start their own new life course, job search has more special and important significance. Job hunting means the beginning of their independent life, their contribution to society and the realization of their self-worth. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the job-seeking behavior of college graduates. In this study, literature analysis, questionnaire survey and other research methods were used to explore the relevant problems of college graduates' job-seeking behavior. The research mainly includes three parts: (1) the content structure of job-seeking behavior; (2) the demographic variables of job-seeking behavior; (3) social support, career decision-making self-efficacy and job-seeking behavior mechanism. Through the investigation of 530 new graduates from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou and other places, using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model and other statistical analysis techniques, the conclusions are as follows: first, The content structure of job-seeking behavior in college includes four dimensions: job preparation, mental adjustment, network utilization and job search cost, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire of college graduates' job-seeking behavior. The validity of the questionnaire meets the requirements of psychometrics. Second, there are no significant differences in the gender, student resource, major and whether or not the college graduates have relevant internship experience and part-time experience. Thirdly, self-efficacy of career decision-making plays an intermediary role between social support and college graduates' job-seeking behavior.
