新形勢下高校輔導員職業(yè)倦怠及其對策探析

【摘要】:教育部發(fā)出的《關于加強高等學校輔導員班主任隊伍建設的意見》明確指出,“輔導員、班主任是高等學校教師隊伍的重要組成部分,是高等學校從事德育工作,開展大學生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大學生健康成長的指導者和引路人!盵1]因此,高度重視高校輔導員隊伍建設,,充分調動他們的從業(yè)積極性和熱情,不僅是高等教育健康發(fā)展和提高人才培養(yǎng)質量、也是輔導員隊伍職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化建設的大勢所趨,更是對當代大學生進行思想政治教育的有力保障。 進入21世紀以來,高校輔導員隊伍發(fā)生了由傳統的管理者向現代的服務者的轉變。在這一轉變的過程中,由于高校輔導員所承擔工作的特殊性,使得其中的一部分人在急劇變化的形勢面前出現了一定程度上的職業(yè)倦怠和心理失衡。目前,輔導員職業(yè)倦怠這一問題已經引起了教育行政管理部門的高度重視,各省份先后出臺了一些政策,旨在深入探尋現存隊伍中職業(yè)倦怠成因及解決對策,充分認識和考慮輔導員的內在需求,創(chuàng)建系統規(guī)范、靈活有效的輔導員激勵和保障機制,在體制建設、晉升制度等方面推出了一些新的舉措,更大程度地幫助輔導員發(fā)揮工作潛能,迸發(fā)工作激情,幫助他們確立積極健康的人生與職業(yè)態(tài)度,這必將對我國教育事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展、切實維護高校輔導員隊伍的和諧穩(wěn)定性、充分發(fā)揮輔導員對大學生健康成長的指導者和引路人的作用起到重大而深遠的影響。 本文共包括四個部分的研究內容:第一部分闡述了職業(yè)倦怠的涵義及其發(fā)生的理論根源;第二部分在界定輔導員職業(yè)倦怠涵義及其理論根源的基礎上,重點分析了高校輔導員職業(yè)倦怠的表現;在描述表現的基礎上,對產生高校輔導員職業(yè)倦怠現象的成因進行了三個方面的剖析;在成因剖析的基礎上進而得出第四部分內容,即在新形勢下規(guī)避高校輔導員職業(yè)倦怠的具體對策。
[Abstract]:The opinions issued by the Ministry of Education on strengthening the construction of class teachers in colleges and universities clearly point out that "counselors, class teachers are an important part of the teaching staff of institutions of higher learning, and they are engaged in moral education in institutions of higher learning." The backbone of carrying out ideological and political education for college students is the guide and guide for the healthy growth of college students. "[1] therefore, we attach great importance to the construction of college counselors, and fully mobilize their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for employment. It is not only the healthy development of higher education and improving the quality of talent training, but also the general trend of professionalization and professionalization of counselors. It is also a powerful guarantee for the ideological and political education of contemporary college students. Since entering the 21 st century, college counselors have changed from traditional managers to modern service providers. In the process of this transformation, due to the particularity of the work undertaken by college counselors, some of them have appeared a certain degree of job burnout and psychological imbalance in the face of the rapidly changing situation. At present, the problem of counselors' job burnout has been attached great importance to by the educational administration department, and some policies have been issued in each province, aiming to explore the cause of occupational burnout in the existing team and to solve the problem. Fully recognizing and considering the inherent needs of counselors, creating systematic norms, flexible and effective incentive and safeguard mechanisms for counselors, and launching some new measures in the areas of institutional building and promotion system, etc. To a greater extent, it will help counselors bring their work potential into full play, burst out their working passion, help them to establish a positive and healthy attitude towards life and occupation, which will surely contribute to the vigorous development of our country's educational undertakings and safeguard the harmonious and stable work of counselors in colleges and universities. Giving full play to the role of counselors in the healthy growth of college students plays an important and far-reaching role. This paper includes four parts: the first part expounds the meaning of job burnout and its theoretical origin; In the second part, on the basis of defining the meaning of counselors' job burnout and its theoretical roots, the author analyzes the performance of college counselors' job burnout. On the basis of describing the performance, this paper analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of college counselors' job burnout in three aspects. On the basis of the analysis of the cause of formation, the fourth part is the concrete countermeasures to avoid the college counselors' job burnout under the new situation.
