新形勢(shì)下高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠及其對(duì)策探析

【摘要】:教育部發(fā)出的《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)高等學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)員班主任隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的意見(jiàn)》明確指出,“輔導(dǎo)員、班主任是高等學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分,是高等學(xué)校從事德育工作,開(kāi)展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的指導(dǎo)者和引路人。”[1]因此,高度重視高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè),,充分調(diào)動(dòng)他們的從業(yè)積極性和熱情,不僅是高等教育健康發(fā)展和提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、也是輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化、專(zhuān)業(yè)化建設(shè)的大勢(shì)所趨,更是對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的有力保障。 進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍發(fā)生了由傳統(tǒng)的管理者向現(xiàn)代的服務(wù)者的轉(zhuǎn)變。在這一轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程中,由于高校輔導(dǎo)員所承擔(dān)工作的特殊性,使得其中的一部分人在急劇變化的形勢(shì)面前出現(xiàn)了一定程度上的職業(yè)倦怠和心理失衡。目前,輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠這一問(wèn)題已經(jīng)引起了教育行政管理部門(mén)的高度重視,各省份先后出臺(tái)了一些政策,旨在深入探尋現(xiàn)存隊(duì)伍中職業(yè)倦怠成因及解決對(duì)策,充分認(rèn)識(shí)和考慮輔導(dǎo)員的內(nèi)在需求,創(chuàng)建系統(tǒng)規(guī)范、靈活有效的輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)和保障機(jī)制,在體制建設(shè)、晉升制度等方面推出了一些新的舉措,更大程度地幫助輔導(dǎo)員發(fā)揮工作潛能,迸發(fā)工作激情,幫助他們確立積極健康的人生與職業(yè)態(tài)度,這必將對(duì)我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展、切實(shí)維護(hù)高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的和諧穩(wěn)定性、充分發(fā)揮輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的指導(dǎo)者和引路人的作用起到重大而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 本文共包括四個(gè)部分的研究?jī)?nèi)容:第一部分闡述了職業(yè)倦怠的涵義及其發(fā)生的理論根源;第二部分在界定輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠涵義及其理論根源的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)分析了高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠的表現(xiàn);在描述表現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)產(chǎn)生高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象的成因進(jìn)行了三個(gè)方面的剖析;在成因剖析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)而得出第四部分內(nèi)容,即在新形勢(shì)下規(guī)避高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠的具體對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The opinions issued by the Ministry of Education on strengthening the construction of class teachers in colleges and universities clearly point out that "counselors, class teachers are an important part of the teaching staff of institutions of higher learning, and they are engaged in moral education in institutions of higher learning." The backbone of carrying out ideological and political education for college students is the guide and guide for the healthy growth of college students. "[1] therefore, we attach great importance to the construction of college counselors, and fully mobilize their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for employment. It is not only the healthy development of higher education and improving the quality of talent training, but also the general trend of professionalization and professionalization of counselors. It is also a powerful guarantee for the ideological and political education of contemporary college students. Since entering the 21 st century, college counselors have changed from traditional managers to modern service providers. In the process of this transformation, due to the particularity of the work undertaken by college counselors, some of them have appeared a certain degree of job burnout and psychological imbalance in the face of the rapidly changing situation. At present, the problem of counselors' job burnout has been attached great importance to by the educational administration department, and some policies have been issued in each province, aiming to explore the cause of occupational burnout in the existing team and to solve the problem. Fully recognizing and considering the inherent needs of counselors, creating systematic norms, flexible and effective incentive and safeguard mechanisms for counselors, and launching some new measures in the areas of institutional building and promotion system, etc. To a greater extent, it will help counselors bring their work potential into full play, burst out their working passion, help them to establish a positive and healthy attitude towards life and occupation, which will surely contribute to the vigorous development of our country's educational undertakings and safeguard the harmonious and stable work of counselors in colleges and universities. Giving full play to the role of counselors in the healthy growth of college students plays an important and far-reaching role. This paper includes four parts: the first part expounds the meaning of job burnout and its theoretical origin; In the second part, on the basis of defining the meaning of counselors' job burnout and its theoretical roots, the author analyzes the performance of college counselors' job burnout. On the basis of describing the performance, this paper analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of college counselors' job burnout in three aspects. On the basis of the analysis of the cause of formation, the fourth part is the concrete countermeasures to avoid the college counselors' job burnout under the new situation.
