【摘要】：高校德育理論的研究與探討必須以對(duì)人的理解為前提，然而在當(dāng)今的高校德育中，仍然忽視了人的全面發(fā)展，德育不以人為本，必然導(dǎo)致德育在實(shí)踐中被放逐。怎樣培育新時(shí)期的大學(xué)生，使其在以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)為指導(dǎo)下的社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)中全面發(fā)展是我們德育研究和德育實(shí)踐的重點(diǎn)。科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)立足于我國(guó)社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段這一基本國(guó)情，我們要在大力倡導(dǎo)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)和構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的背景下，建構(gòu)大學(xué)生和諧德育。基于科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)的大學(xué)生和諧德育是指在高校德育中注重以人為本，遵循大學(xué)生思想意識(shí)和身心發(fā)展的規(guī)律，，將德育目標(biāo)、德育內(nèi)容、德育方式、德育環(huán)境等要素協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一起來(lái)并形成和諧的關(guān)系，最終達(dá)到提高德育育人能力、滿(mǎn)足社會(huì)發(fā)展需要和大學(xué)生自身發(fā)展需要的目的。大學(xué)生和諧德育理念是一種新的德育理念，是以教育發(fā)展與社會(huì)發(fā)展的規(guī)律為前提，以人的德性產(chǎn)生及發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象，以社會(huì)與學(xué)生身心全面而和諧的發(fā)展為目標(biāo)的一種新理念。 在當(dāng)前構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的背景下，要以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)為指導(dǎo)，用以人為本的精神來(lái)指導(dǎo)高校大學(xué)生和諧德育，在德育過(guò)程中體現(xiàn)對(duì)人的重視，對(duì)人的尊重，發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體性，促進(jìn)他們的全面發(fā)展。本文將該論題放置于以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的大環(huán)境中，提出了“基于科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)的大學(xué)生和諧德育”的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵，并以堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論知識(shí)作為本文的支撐。本文在研究“基于科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)的大學(xué)生和諧德育”時(shí)，首先對(duì)大學(xué)生德育不和諧的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的闡述，分析大學(xué)生德育不和諧的具體原因，然后對(duì)癥下藥，從具體問(wèn)題及其原因出發(fā)，提出了“基于科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)的大學(xué)生和諧德育”的構(gòu)建途徑與方法。
[Abstract]:The research and exploration of moral education theory in colleges and universities must be based on the understanding of people. However, in the present moral education in colleges and universities, the all-round development of people is still neglected, and moral education is not people-oriented, which will inevitably lead to the banishment of moral education in practice. How to cultivate college students in the new period and make them develop in a harmonious socialist society under the guidance of the scientific development view is the focus of our moral education research and practice. The scientific development view is based on the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism in our country. Under the background of advocating the scientific development view and constructing the socialist harmonious society, we should construct the harmonious moral education of college students. The harmonious moral education of college students based on the scientific concept of development means paying attention to people first, following the law of college students' ideological consciousness and physical and mental development, and making moral education objectives, contents and ways of moral education. The environment of moral education and other elements are coordinated and unified and form a harmonious relationship so as to improve the ability of moral education and to meet the needs of social development and the development of college students themselves. The idea of harmonious moral education of college students is a new idea of moral education, which is based on the law of educational development and social development, and takes the emergence and development of human virtue as the research object. A new concept aimed at the comprehensive and harmonious development of society and students. Under the background of constructing a harmonious society at present, we should take the scientific development view as the guidance, guide the harmonious moral education of college students with the spirit of people-oriented, and in the process of moral education, we should attach importance to people, respect people and give play to students' subjectivity. To promote their all-round development. This paper puts the topic in the environment of constructing a harmonious society with the scientific development view, puts forward the scientific connotation of "harmonious moral education of college students based on the scientific development view", and takes solid theoretical knowledge as the support of this paper. In the study of "harmonious moral education of college students based on scientific development view", this paper first elaborates the phenomenon of disharmony in moral education of college students, analyzes the specific causes of the disharmony of moral education of college students, and then puts forward the remedy to the case. Based on the concrete problems and their causes, this paper puts forward the ways and methods of constructing harmonious moral education for college students based on the scientific concept of development.
