【摘要】：創(chuàng)新思維訓練、創(chuàng)新人格培養(yǎng)和創(chuàng)新環(huán)境營造與高校人才培養(yǎng)的關系較為密切。因此,必須從這三個方面入手,提高大學生創(chuàng)新思維能力,促進大學生創(chuàng)新人格發(fā)展,營造大學良好創(chuàng)新環(huán)境,探索適合于創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的教育模式和教學方法。
[Abstract]:The training of innovative thinking, the cultivation of innovative personality and the creation of innovative environment are closely related to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. Therefore, we must start with these three aspects, improve the innovative thinking ability of college students, promote the development of innovative personality of college students, create a good innovation environment in universities, and explore the educational model and teaching methods suitable for the cultivation of innovative talents.
