高校情感德育研究

【摘要】:動之以情,曉之以理。情感德育注重以人為本,旨在通過情感對受教育者進(jìn)行啟迪、培養(yǎng)和引導(dǎo),激發(fā)其產(chǎn)生新的道德情感,并將已內(nèi)化的道德認(rèn)知轉(zhuǎn)化為教育所期待的外在的道德行為。情感德育,,作為高校德育的一種重要方法和有效途徑,對提升大學(xué)生道德情感,促進(jìn)他們?nèi)姘l(fā)展和人格健全有著重要的意義。對我國高校情感德育研究,有助于進(jìn)一步掌握情感德育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和實質(zhì)所在,進(jìn)一步提升情感德育影響力,進(jìn)而增強高校德育實效性。 本論文以道德、情感、情感德育、道德情感相關(guān)概念為邏輯起點,以情感德育的生成基礎(chǔ)、內(nèi)容特征、功能作用為理論支撐,對河北省的四所省屬院校進(jìn)行了實地走訪和調(diào)查,并獲得第一手的數(shù)據(jù)資料和經(jīng)典案例。通過對國內(nèi)外情感德育研究情況的梳理和分析,歸納并總結(jié)出我國高校情感德育實效性低所存在的問題,不僅有大學(xué)生自身道德體驗缺乏、家庭教育偏重智育發(fā)展的原因,還有社會中由于制度、文化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等因素所影響,同時,還有高校自身對大學(xué)生道德情感的發(fā)展重視不夠,認(rèn)識不足的原因。為此,要健全高校德育制度、規(guī)范道德教育、提高德育實效性就需要堅持遵循高校情感德育的原則、明確高校情感德育目標(biāo)、完善高校情感德育內(nèi)容、探索高校情感德育實施途徑等。此外,本文中通過對高校經(jīng)典案例的引用和分析,是期待能夠起到拋磚引玉的作用,為進(jìn)一步增強高校德育實效性提供有力的理論和實踐借鑒。
[Abstract]:Be emotional and reasonable. Emotional moral education focuses on people-oriented, aims at enlightening, cultivating and guiding the educatee through emotion, arousing it to produce new moral emotion, and transforming the internalized moral cognition into the external moral behavior expected by education. Emotional moral education, as an important method and effective way of moral education in colleges and universities, is of great significance to enhance the moral feelings of college students and promote their all-round development and integrity of personality. The research on emotional moral education in colleges and universities in China is helpful to further grasp the present situation and essence of emotional moral education, to further enhance the influence of emotional moral education, and then to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities. This paper takes moral, emotional moral education and moral affective related concepts as the logical starting point, and makes a field visit and investigation to the four provincial colleges and universities in Hebei Province, based on the theoretical support of the formation basis, content characteristics and function of emotional moral education. And obtain first-hand data and classic cases. By combing and analyzing the research situation of emotional moral education at home and abroad, this paper sums up the problems existing in the low effectiveness of emotional moral education in colleges and universities in China. Not only are there the reasons for the lack of moral experience of college students themselves, but also the emphasis on intellectual development in family education. At the same time, colleges and universities themselves pay less attention to the development of college students' moral feelings. Therefore, in order to perfect the moral education system, standardize the moral education and improve the effectiveness of moral education, we should adhere to the principles of emotional moral education in colleges and universities, clarify the objectives of emotional moral education in colleges and universities, and perfect the content of emotional moral education in colleges and universities. To explore the ways of implementing emotional moral education in colleges and universities. In addition, by quoting and analyzing the classic cases in colleges and universities, the author expects to be able to play an important role in promoting the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities, and provides a powerful theoretical and practical reference for further strengthening the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.
