八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:在八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生培養(yǎng)模式實施十年多來,在國內(nèi)還未有針對八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生思想政治教育的專門研究文獻和文章。因此作者查閱了大量相關(guān)相近的醫(yī)學(xué)生思想政治教育研究資料,在分析總結(jié)前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)本人長期在八年制思想政治教育一線工作的經(jīng)歷和經(jīng)驗,首次針對八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生思想政治教育進行初探研究。在文章中首先闡述了八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生的產(chǎn)生情況、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其自身特點,根據(jù)了解和掌握教育對象的情況,進行有的放矢針對性的研究;對八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生現(xiàn)在的思想政治教育狀況進行了深入的分析,論述了開展八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生思想政治教育的必要性,總結(jié)出八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生思想政治教育的不足,指出八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生思想政治教育的基本原則,提出了行之有效、具有可操作性的教育方法和具體措施,并指明了未來八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生思想政治教育的工作重點,即作者根據(jù)多年工作經(jīng)驗摸索出來的點對點因人施教,對八學(xué)制醫(yī)學(xué)生的思想道德教育有著重要現(xiàn)實意義和指導(dǎo)意義,希望本文的研究對今后的八年制醫(yī)學(xué)生思想政治教育工作提供理論支持,為以后的深入研究打下基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the eight-year medical student training model for more than ten years, there has not been a special research document and article on the ideological and political education of the eight-year medical student in China. Therefore, the author has consulted a large number of similar medical students' research materials on ideological and political education, and based on the analysis and summary of previous research results, according to his long-term experience and experience in the front-line work of eight-year ideological and political education, It is the first time to study the ideological and political education of eight-year medical students. First of all, the article expounds the emergence of the eight-year medical students, the current situation of development and its own characteristics, according to the understanding and grasp of the object of education, targeted research; This paper makes a deep analysis of the current ideological and political education of the eight-year medical students, discusses the necessity of carrying out the ideological and political education of the eight-year medical students, and sums up the shortcomings of the eight-year medical students' ideological and political education. This paper points out the basic principles of the ideological and political education for the eight-year medical students, puts forward effective and operable educational methods and concrete measures, and points out the key points of the ideological and political education of the eight-year medical students in the future. That is, the author's point-to-point education based on years of work experience has important practical significance and guiding significance to the ideological and moral education of the eight-school medical students. It is hoped that the research in this paper will provide theoretical support for the ideological and political education of the eight-year medical students in the future and lay a foundation for further research.
