【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化日益加快、綜合國(guó)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的大背景下，，是否擁有世界一流大學(xué)成為現(xiàn)代國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵之一，大學(xué)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈。標(biāo)桿管理作為一種現(xiàn)代化的管理工具，既是企業(yè)獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的利器，也是大學(xué)提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一種新手段。 本文以“基于標(biāo)桿管理的一流大學(xué)建設(shè)策略的研究”為題，采用了文獻(xiàn)分析、案例研究等方法，在系統(tǒng)綜述和分析國(guó)外一流大學(xué)建設(shè)和標(biāo)桿管理研究現(xiàn)狀與理論的基礎(chǔ)上，嘗試提出在我國(guó)建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)過(guò)程中開(kāi)展標(biāo)桿管理的研究，使標(biāo)桿管理成為我國(guó)一流大學(xué)建設(shè)工作中能選用的一種嶄新的管理方法，使其在改革我國(guó)高校管理績(jī)效和提高管理水平方面發(fā)揮積極作用。 本論文分為四個(gè)部分：緒論、標(biāo)桿管理理論及一流大學(xué)建設(shè)的概念詮釋、標(biāo)桿管理在我國(guó)創(chuàng)建一流大學(xué)中的價(jià)值和可行性分析、基于標(biāo)桿管理建設(shè)一流大學(xué)的策略分析。最后一部分也是論文的重點(diǎn)部分，結(jié)合我國(guó)一流大學(xué)建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題，提出了在一流大學(xué)建設(shè)過(guò)程中運(yùn)用標(biāo)桿管理理論的策略,即:轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,提高認(rèn)知水平；建設(shè)優(yōu)良的標(biāo)桿管理實(shí)踐環(huán)境；遵循標(biāo)桿選擇的原則；尋求標(biāo)桿管理的核心--創(chuàng)新以及建立動(dòng)態(tài)校正機(jī)制。 本研究有助于豐富一流大學(xué)建設(shè)的研究成果，對(duì)高校的建設(shè)也具有一定的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of accelerated economic globalization and increasingly fierce competition of comprehensive national strength, whether or not to have a world-class university becomes one of the keys to modern international competitiveness, and the competition between universities is becoming more and more fierce. As a modern management tool, benchmarking management is not only a sharp tool for enterprises to gain competitive advantage, but also a new means for universities to improve their competitiveness. Based on the research of the construction strategy of the first-class university based on benchmarking management, this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis and case study, on the basis of systematically summarizing and analyzing the present situation and theory of the research on the construction of the first-class university and the benchmarking management in foreign countries. This paper tries to put forward the research on benchmarking management in the process of constructing world-class universities in China, so that benchmarking management can be used as a new management method in the construction of first-class universities in China. It will play an active role in reforming the management performance and improving the management level of colleges and universities in China. This paper is divided into four parts: introduction, benchmarking management theory and concept interpretation of first-class university construction, the value and feasibility analysis of benchmarking management in the establishment of first-class universities in China, and the strategic analysis of building first-class universities based on benchmarking management. The last part is also the key part of the paper, combined with the problems existing in the construction of the first-class universities in China, put forward the strategy of applying benchmarking management theory in the process of the construction of the first-class universities, that is, change the concept, improve the cognitive level; We should build an excellent benchmarking management practice environment, follow the principle of benchmarking selection, seek the core of benchmarking management-innovation and establish a dynamic correction mechanism. This research is helpful to enrich the research results of the construction of the first-class universities, and also has certain practical guiding value to the construction of the universities.
