XS學(xué)院教師能力素質(zhì)模型研究

【摘要】:獨立學(xué)院的出現(xiàn),為我國高等教育發(fā)展提供了有益的補充。獨立學(xué)院的發(fā)展定位是為地方的培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才。它有別于一、二本院校,是典型的教學(xué)型本科院校。獨立學(xué)院在引進(jìn)人才或者培訓(xùn)人才時,應(yīng)該注重教師哪些能力素質(zhì)? 本文以XS學(xué)院為例,通過文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法和實證法等研究方法,利用XS學(xué)院的學(xué)生評教的指標(biāo)、打分結(jié)果,結(jié)合學(xué)校優(yōu)秀教師的甄選條件和教師的教學(xué)與科研能力,研究XS學(xué)院教師的能力素質(zhì),探討能力素質(zhì)模型在人才管理和人才引進(jìn)中的運用。 本文首先在較為深入分析能力素質(zhì)及其模型文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,整理和分析XS學(xué)院學(xué)生評教數(shù)據(jù)、優(yōu)秀教師評價數(shù)據(jù)、科研論文數(shù)據(jù)和科研經(jīng)費數(shù)據(jù),運用多元統(tǒng)計分析、層次聚類分析和因子分析等方法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理,得到一些有價值的研究結(jié)論。XS學(xué)院的學(xué)生更看重教師的“教書育人”,更看重教師的課堂教學(xué)能力與對學(xué)生的循循善誘;從學(xué)校管理層的角度看,他們更加傾向于鼓勵教師提高課堂教學(xué)能力和科研能力。 在本文的實證分析過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)該XS學(xué)院的教師評價系統(tǒng)對教師的評價還存在著過于依靠學(xué)生評教因素的問題。針對所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,本文認(rèn)為:從教師的角度,應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步加深對于獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生的特點、基礎(chǔ)和需求的了解,使得教學(xué)方法、方式和內(nèi)容更加適合于學(xué)生;同時,還應(yīng)該不斷加強科研能力。另外,建議學(xué)校應(yīng)該對于當(dāng)前的評教系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行評價指標(biāo)豐富化和評價方式多樣化等方面的改進(jìn),使得評價能夠更好反映學(xué)校的目標(biāo)追求,并且體現(xiàn)公平與公正,能夠真正激發(fā)教師的積極性。
[Abstract]:The emergence of independent colleges provides a useful supplement for the development of higher education in China. The development orientation of independent college is to train applied talents for local. It is different from one, two colleges, is a typical teaching undergraduate colleges. Independent colleges in the introduction of talent or training of talent, should pay attention to what the teacher's ability and quality? This paper takes XS College as an example, through the methods of literature, investigation and empirical research, using the index of students' evaluation of teaching in XS College, scoring results, combining the selection conditions of excellent teachers and teachers' teaching and scientific research ability. This paper studies the ability quality of teachers in XS College and discusses the application of ability quality model in talent management and talent introduction. Firstly, on the basis of deeply analyzing the ability quality and its model literature, this paper collates and analyzes the data of XS college students' evaluation of teaching, the data of excellent teachers' evaluation, the data of scientific research papers and the data of scientific research funds, and makes use of multivariate statistical analysis. The methods of hierarchical cluster analysis and factor analysis are used to analyze and process the data, and some valuable conclusions are obtained. The students of XS college attach more importance to the teacher's "teaching and educating", the teacher's classroom teaching ability and the inducement to students. From the perspective of school management, they tend to encourage teachers to improve their classroom teaching and scientific research ability. In the process of empirical analysis in this paper, it is found that the teacher evaluation system of the XS College still has the problem of relying too much on the factors of students' evaluation of teaching. In view of the problems found, this paper holds that: from the perspective of teachers, we should further deepen the understanding of the characteristics, basis and needs of students in independent colleges, so as to make teaching methods, methods and contents more suitable for students; at the same time, We should also constantly strengthen our scientific research capabilities. In addition, it is suggested that schools should improve the current evaluation system in terms of rich evaluation indexes and diversified evaluation methods, so that the evaluation can better reflect the pursuit of the school's goals, and reflect fairness and fairness. Can really stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers.
