北大科技園發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:As an important part of the national innovation system, colleges and universities are important forces for knowledge innovation, scientific and technological innovation and the transformation of science and technology into real productive forces. As one of the first 22 national university science and technology parks jointly recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education, since 2001, Peking University has been actively exerting its academic and talent advantages and technological advantages, closely surrounding "one center, three platforms," "six services" as the main line, constantly improve the platform construction and services, gather high-end talents, devote to the development of original science and technology, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, provide first-class entrepreneurship, innovation, technology transfer services, help enterprises to become stronger and bigger. As of 2012, Peking University Science and Technology Park has successfully hatched more than 240 enterprises, and the 119 enterprises that are currently hatching are concentrated in electronic information, biopharmaceutical, new materials, new energy and other strategic emerging industries locked in the country. However, on the whole, the construction of Peking University Science Park is still in the deepening stage of development, and there are still some problems, such as insufficient understanding of the function of the University Science Park, poor financing channels, and bad management system. The result conversion rate is not high and so on. Faced with the dilemma of further development. Firstly, this paper reviews the development of university science and technology park and its related theoretical research, summarizes the status quo, development background and operation mechanism of university science park at home and abroad. Through the investigation and research on the development of science and technology park of Peking University, the present situation and characteristics of the development of science and technology park of Peking University are analyzed by combining qualitative and quantitative research methods. It concludes that the management system and operation mechanism are not perfect, the contradiction between the orientation of university science and technology park and the actual investment, and the problem of insufficient resources in the development of university science and technology park. The university science and technology park urgently needs to improve all kinds of "soft" service ability and so on, and in view of these problems, summarizes the development strategy guiding ideology, the strategic orientation and the near and long term development goal of Peking University science and technology park. At the same time, give the specific strategic key points and the implementation of the basic steps. Finally, from the service platform construction, the management system, the intermediary system, the introduction project, the financing channel, the talented person training mechanism several aspects proposed the Peking University science and technology park development strategy implementation strategy and the safeguard measure.
