【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的大學(xué)班級管理文化深受科學(xué)主義的影響,不利于大學(xué)生自主性、創(chuàng)新意識及實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng)。因此,要轉(zhuǎn)變大學(xué)班級管理的重心,構(gòu)建一種以生為本的大學(xué)班級管理文化。通過實(shí)行班級自治和學(xué)長助學(xué)制、改革以事務(wù)管理為核心的班主任工作制度、切實(shí)推進(jìn)導(dǎo)師制、完善輔導(dǎo)員管理與服務(wù)機(jī)制等,在大學(xué)班級管理中推行整合論,使人生教育與日常管理合一、學(xué)業(yè)成長與生活養(yǎng)成并重,從而有效促進(jìn)當(dāng)代大學(xué)班級的教育與管理。
[Abstract]:The traditional culture of class management is deeply influenced by scientism, which is not conducive to the cultivation of autonomy, innovation consciousness and practical ability of college students. Therefore, we should change the focus of class management and construct a kind of college class management culture based on students. Through the implementation of the system of class autonomy and school support, the reform of the work system of class teachers, which takes the management of affairs as the core, the promotion of the tutor system, the improvement of the management and service mechanism of counselors, etc., the theory of integration should be implemented in the management of classes in universities. In order to promote the education and management of contemporary university class, the life education and daily management should be combined, and the academic growth and life cultivation should be paid equal attention to.
