【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的崛起、網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介的發(fā)展對(duì)大學(xué)生的生活、學(xué)習(xí)、思維以及思想道德、價(jià)值觀念等產(chǎn)生著深刻的影響，對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員德育工作也提出了嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。在我國(guó)，高校是信息化程度最高、信息資源最密集的場(chǎng)域，大學(xué)生則是與網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介接觸最緊密、最廣泛的群體。他們不僅是網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介的積極參與者和推動(dòng)者，還是網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的創(chuàng)造者。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在高等教育中的廣泛應(yīng)用，網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化也在大學(xué)校園中迅速普及開(kāi)來(lái)。輔導(dǎo)員是大學(xué)生思想的引領(lǐng)者，如何在新形勢(shì)下最大限度地消除互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的消極影響，創(chuàng)新高校輔導(dǎo)員德育工作是我們面臨的重要課題。對(duì)此，高校輔導(dǎo)員必須站在時(shí)代的高度，在理論上積極探索、總結(jié)網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介下大學(xué)生德育工作規(guī)律；在實(shí)踐上勇于開(kāi)辟網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代輔導(dǎo)員開(kāi)展德育工作的新方法和新途徑，以積極創(chuàng)新、求真務(wù)實(shí)的精神開(kāi)創(chuàng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代高校德育工作的新局面。 本文將理論闡述和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合，總體分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員德育工作的影響，并從網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介視域下輔導(dǎo)員德育工作的新內(nèi)容出發(fā)，積極尋求網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介下我國(guó)輔導(dǎo)員德育工作創(chuàng)新的途徑。 本文從以下三個(gè)部分對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介環(huán)境下輔導(dǎo)員德育工作創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探討： 第一部分是網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介是高校輔導(dǎo)員德育工作一種新的有效載體； 第二部分是基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介輔導(dǎo)員德育工作的內(nèi)容； 第三部分是基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介創(chuàng)新輔導(dǎo)員德育工作路徑。
[Abstract]:The rise of network society and the development of network media have a profound influence on college students' life, study, thinking, ideology, morality and values, and also pose a severe challenge to the moral education work of college counselors. In our country, colleges and universities are the field with the highest degree of information and the most intensive information resources, while the college students are the most closely connected with the network media and the most extensive group. They are not only the active participants and promoters of the network media, but also the creators of the network culture. With the wide application of network technology in higher education, network culture is rapidly popularized in university campuses. Counselors are the leaders of college students' thoughts. How to eliminate the negative effects of the Internet to the maximum extent under the new situation, and how to innovate the moral education work of college counselors is an important subject we are facing. In view of this, college counselors must stand at the height of the times, explore actively in theory, sum up the law of moral education of college students under the network media, and bravely open up new methods and ways for counselors to carry out moral education work in the network age in practice. To create a new situation of moral education in colleges and universities in the network age with the spirit of positive innovation and pragmatism. This paper combines theory with practical experience, analyzes the influence of network media on counselors' moral education, and starts from the new content of counselors' moral education from the perspective of network media. Actively seek the way to innovate the moral education work of counselors in our country under the network medium. This paper probes into the following three parts: the first part is that the network media is a new effective carrier of college counselors' moral education work; The second part is based on the content of network media counselors' moral education; the third part is based on the network media innovation counselors' moral work path.
