【摘要】：大學文化創(chuàng)新是促進大學不斷發(fā)展、使大學保持旺盛生命力的內(nèi)在動力。然而,大學文化創(chuàng)新自身動機的產(chǎn)生以及創(chuàng)造熱情的激發(fā)、創(chuàng)新行動的引發(fā)和推進,同樣需要能量充足的動力驅(qū)動。大學應著眼于外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境的多種關(guān)系以及創(chuàng)新主體的精神領(lǐng)域,全面發(fā)掘可資利用的動力源,并通過動力平衡機制的建立和對動力作用關(guān)系的能動處理,使大學文化創(chuàng)新?lián)碛蟹�(wěn)定、持久的動力支撐系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The innovation of university culture is the internal motive force to promote the development of the university and keep the university vigorous vitality. However, the motivation of university cultural innovation and the stimulation of creative enthusiasm, and the initiation and promotion of innovative actions, also need the drive of sufficient energy. Universities should focus on the multiple relationships between external and internal environments and the spiritual fields of innovative subjects, fully explore the available sources of power, and deal with the dynamic relationships through the establishment of dynamic balancing mechanisms and the dynamic handling of dynamic relationships. So that the university culture innovation has a stable, lasting power support system.
