高校輔導(dǎo)員角色問(wèn)題剖析與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:由于科學(xué)技術(shù)與知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,21世紀(jì)的高校逐漸從社會(huì)的邊緣走向社會(huì)的中心。高校的目標(biāo)是要培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的創(chuàng)新型人才,滿足人類社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要。高校輔導(dǎo)員在大學(xué)生全面健康成長(zhǎng)成才的過(guò)程中,起到專任教師無(wú)法替代的重要作用,其角色的發(fā)揮直接影響到大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,影響高校培養(yǎng)人才目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。這些變化導(dǎo)致高校輔導(dǎo)員的角色發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,并且對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員的自身素質(zhì)提出更高的要求,也是輔導(dǎo)員工作復(fù)雜性與艱難性的充分體現(xiàn)。 研究新時(shí)期高校輔導(dǎo)員的角色,有利于輔導(dǎo)員高效的開展工作。那么,高校輔導(dǎo)員在新的形勢(shì)下到底應(yīng)該扮演什么樣的角色?在實(shí)際工作中,輔導(dǎo)員角色扮演遇到了哪些問(wèn)題?是否真正履行了其自身的職責(zé)?如何對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員角色進(jìn)行有效管理?所有這些問(wèn)題都是本文試著去探討和解決的,這也正是本文的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和立足點(diǎn)。 本文主要采用學(xué)科性研究方法和文獻(xiàn)分析方法,借鑒學(xué)術(shù)界的先期成果,從分析高校輔導(dǎo)員角色認(rèn)識(shí)和角色現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),剖析現(xiàn)實(shí)中輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍中存在的問(wèn)題,找出其深層次的原因,進(jìn)而提出輔導(dǎo)員角色管理的對(duì)策。 本文共分為三部分: 第一部分:從角色的概念出發(fā),進(jìn)一步闡述對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員角色的認(rèn)識(shí),明確輔導(dǎo)員是集教育、管理和服務(wù)三位一體的教師。無(wú)論是教育、管理還是服務(wù),最根本的是要促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面健康的成長(zhǎng)成才。研究當(dāng)代大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律,分析新形勢(shì)下輔導(dǎo)員應(yīng)扮演的角色是很有意義的。 第二部分:角色扮演是角色理論的中心概念,個(gè)體扮演角色都不是一帆風(fēng)順的,會(huì)遇到很多問(wèn)題。深入剖析高校輔導(dǎo)員在扮演這些角色的過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題以及引發(fā)這些問(wèn)題的表層原因和深層原因是相當(dāng)重要的。 第三部分:這是本文的落腳點(diǎn)。借鑒人力資源管理理論,提出優(yōu)化高校輔導(dǎo)員角色的要求和對(duì)策,促進(jìn)學(xué)生工作的開展,保障輔導(dǎo)員工作權(quán)益,提高高校人力資源管理效能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and knowledge economy, colleges and universities are gradually moving from the edge of society to the center of society in the 21st century. The goal of colleges and universities is to train high-quality innovative talents to meet the needs of the development of human society. College counselors play an important role that full-time teachers can not replace in the process of university students growing up in a comprehensive and healthy way. The role of counselors directly affects the quality of college students' cultivation and the realization of the goal of cultivating talents in colleges and universities. These changes lead to the transformation of the role of college counselors, and put forward higher requirements on the counselors' own quality, which is also the full embodiment of the complexity and difficulty of counselors' work. The study of the role of college counselors in the new period is conducive to the effective work of counselors. So what role should college counselors play in the new situation? What are the problems encountered by counselors' role-playing in practice? Have they really fulfilled their responsibilities? How to effectively manage the role of counselors? All these problems are explored and solved in this paper, which is the starting point and foothold of this paper. This article mainly adopts the discipline research method and the literature analysis method, draws lessons from the academic circles' advance achievement, starts from the analysis university counsellor's role cognition and the role present situation, analyzes the reality in the instructor troop existence question, Find out its deep level reason, and then put forward the countermeasure of counselor's role management. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part: starting from the concept of role, the further elaboration of the role of college counselors, it is clear that counselors are a trinity of education, management and service teachers. Whether education, management or service, the most fundamental is to promote the full and healthy growth of college students. It is meaningful to study the characteristics and laws of college students' growth and to analyze the role that counselors should play in the new situation. The second part: role playing is the central concept of role theory. It is very important to deeply analyze the problems encountered by college counselors in the process of playing these roles, as well as the surface and deep causes of these problems. The third part: this is the foothold of this article. Based on the theory of human resource management, this paper puts forward the requirements and countermeasures to optimize the role of counselors in colleges and universities, to promote the development of student work, to protect the rights and interests of counselors, and to improve the efficiency of human resources management in colleges and universities.
