【摘要】：通過(guò)開(kāi)展校企知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移,提高企業(yè)知識(shí)存量,是增強(qiáng)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的重要途徑,目前關(guān)于其內(nèi)在作用機(jī)理的研究尚不多見(jiàn)。本文從6個(gè)構(gòu)面構(gòu)建了理論模型,對(duì)370家企業(yè)進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,運(yùn)用AMOS軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明,知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移績(jī)效與知識(shí)復(fù)雜性和內(nèi)隱性、大學(xué)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移意愿和傳授能力、企業(yè)組織激勵(lì)和吸收能力、校企間關(guān)系信任、組織距離和知識(shí)距離等具有密切關(guān)系,校企知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移績(jī)效與企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力具有強(qiáng)正相關(guān)關(guān)系。在理論研究和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提高我國(guó)校企知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移績(jī)效和企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的建議。
[Abstract]:It is an important way to enhance the technological innovation ability of enterprises by carrying out the knowledge transfer in schools and enterprises and improving the knowledge stock of enterprises. At present, the research on its internal mechanism is still rare. In this paper, a theoretical model is constructed from six facets, a questionnaire survey is conducted on 370 enterprises, and the data are analyzed by using AMOS software. The results show that the performance of knowledge transfer is closely related to the complexity and tacit of knowledge, the willingness to transfer knowledge and the ability to impart knowledge, the ability of organizational motivation and absorption, the trust of the relationship between schools and enterprises, the distance of organization and the distance of knowledge, etc. There is a strong positive correlation between the knowledge transfer performance of school and enterprise and the technological innovation ability of enterprises. On the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of knowledge transfer and technological innovation of enterprises in China.
