航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀教育研究

【摘要】:價值觀是社會意識形態(tài)的一種主要表現(xiàn)形式,在現(xiàn)實生活中體現(xiàn)了人們對自身生活方式、目的和意義的思考與期望,它具有內(nèi)在的相對穩(wěn)定性,同時又會隨著教育知識、生活閱歷、工作環(huán)境等社會生活的變化而變動。大學(xué)生價值觀教育是高校思想政治教育工作的核心內(nèi)容,它既是理論層面的學(xué)術(shù)問題,又是高校教學(xué)實踐層面具有研究意義的課題。航海院校作為普通高校的組成部分,因其畢業(yè)生就業(yè)后所從事的航運事業(yè)具有獨特的國際性、軍事性和工作條件艱苦性等特點,在大學(xué)生教育方面更加關(guān)注了在校生的專業(yè)技能教育和心理教育,而對在校生的人生觀、世界觀和價值觀教育重視程度有所不足。本文以加強航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀教育工作為研究的主要目標(biāo),在綜合分析和吸取現(xiàn)有成果的基礎(chǔ)上,科學(xué)使用思想政治教育學(xué)、社會學(xué)和心理學(xué)等社會科學(xué)的研究方法,深入探討航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀教育的多種實現(xiàn)路徑,以期引起更多航海院校管理者的重視,切實加強對航海院校大學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作。全文共分四個部分: 第一部分從價值觀教育基本內(nèi)涵著手,通過問卷調(diào)查等方式,分析了當(dāng)前航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀方面存在的問題,主要表現(xiàn)為以“自我實現(xiàn)、自我負(fù)責(zé)”為主體的個體價值觀比較突出,價值選擇矛盾化,價值觀念錯位和價值認(rèn)同失衡等。提出了加強航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀教育的重要意義,一是有助于高等航海教育人才培養(yǎng)基本目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn);二是有助于培養(yǎng)航運企業(yè)發(fā)展需要的高素質(zhì)人才;三是有助于實現(xiàn)航海院校大學(xué)生肩負(fù)的歷史使命。 第二部分具體分析了航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀教育的現(xiàn)狀及原因,認(rèn)為航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀教育在內(nèi)容、方式及教育者主體的素質(zhì)方面有待改善;航海院校的教學(xué)和實訓(xùn)任務(wù)擠占了價值觀教育的空間;半軍事管理在一定程度上制約了價值觀教育的自我養(yǎng)成;專業(yè)教育、實踐教學(xué)沒有與價值觀教育有效融合,削弱了價值觀教育的普遍性和長效性。 第三部分對比分析了航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀教育與其他普通高校大學(xué)生價值觀教育的異同,明確了航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀教育應(yīng)高揚社會主義核心價值觀的旗幟,突出加強理想信念教育、愛國主義教育、職業(yè)價值觀教育、職業(yè)道德和素質(zhì)教育以及職業(yè)身心健康教育。 第四部分是全文的重點和核心。在現(xiàn)實分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合航海院校獨特的管理方式,提出了航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀教育的應(yīng)對策略。本文認(rèn)為,加強航海院校大學(xué)生價值觀教育,應(yīng)從以下幾個方面努力:第一,價值觀教育的載體要突出創(chuàng)新性;第二,,價值觀教育的方法要實現(xiàn)科學(xué)性;第三,價值觀教育的環(huán)境要著重優(yōu)化;第四,價值觀教育的主體要注重素質(zhì);第五,價值觀教育要高度重視大學(xué)生自我養(yǎng)成教育。
[Abstract]:Values are one of the main forms of social ideology. They reflect people's thinking and expectation on their own way of life, purpose and meaning in real life. It has internal relative stability, and at the same time, with the education knowledge, Life experience, work environment and other changes in social life and change. The value education of college students is the core content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is not only an academic problem at the theoretical level, but also a research topic of significance in teaching practice in colleges and universities. As an integral part of ordinary colleges and universities, maritime colleges and universities have the unique characteristics of international, military and hard working conditions because of the unique international, military and working conditions that their graduates are engaged in after their employment. In the aspect of college students' education, it pays more attention to the professional skill education and psychological education of the college students, but it pays less attention to the students' outlook on life, world outlook and values education. The main goal of this paper is to strengthen the work of value education in marine college students. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and assimilation of existing results, this paper scientifically uses the research methods of ideological and political education, sociology and psychology, and other social sciences research methods, such as ideological and political education, sociology and psychology, etc. This paper probes into various ways to realize the value education of marine college students in order to arouse the attention of more maritime college administrators and strengthen the ideological and political education work of navigation college students. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part starts with the basic connotation of value education, through questionnaire survey, analyzes the problems existing in the values of current marine college students, mainly as "self-realization," The self-responsible individual values are prominent, the value choice is contradictory, the value concept is misplaced and the value identity is out of balance. This paper puts forward the important significance of strengthening the value education of college students in maritime colleges, one is to help the realization of the basic goal of training the talents in higher maritime education, the other is to help train the high-quality talents needed for the development of shipping enterprises. Third, it is helpful to realize the historical mission of navigation college students. The second part concretely analyzes the present situation and the reason of the value education of the marine college students, and thinks that the content, the way and the quality of the main body of the educator should be improved in the content, the way and the quality of the main body of the educator. The teaching and practical tasks of navigation colleges and universities have crowded out the space of value education; the semi-military management has restricted the self-cultivation of value education to a certain extent; the professional education and practical teaching have not been effectively integrated with the value education. It weakens the universality and long-term effect of value education. The third part compares and analyzes the differences and similarities between the value education of marine college students and other ordinary college students, and clarifies that the value education of navigation college students should raise the banner of socialist core values. Strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs, patriotism, vocational values, professional ethics and quality, and professional physical and mental health education. The fourth part is the focus and core of the paper. On the basis of practical analysis, combined with the unique management mode of marine colleges, the paper puts forward the corresponding strategies for the education of students' values in maritime colleges and universities. In this paper, we should try our best to strengthen the value education of marine college students from the following aspects: first, the carrier of value education should highlight innovation; second, the method of value education should be scientific; third, The environment of value education should be optimized; fourth, the main body of value education should pay attention to quality; fifth, value education should attach great importance to self-cultivation education of college students.
