【摘要】：科技日新月益的今天,思想政治教育面臨著挑戰(zhàn)。傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育所面臨的問題,是時代發(fā)展變化的問題,是教育對象內(nèi)在發(fā)展的問題,是需與時俱進、一切從實際出發(fā)的問題,這些問題的妥善解決與否,直接影響著思想政治教育能否順利發(fā)展,思想政治教育工作能否順利開展。而要解決這些問題,創(chuàng)新思想政治教育是勢在必行的。思想政治教育創(chuàng)新需從理念、原則、體制、機制、方法、途徑等方面進行,這些方面的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,可以為思想政治教育順利發(fā)展提供條件,為教育中國特色社會主義事業(yè)接班人提供動力。 如何實現(xiàn)思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展是本文的重點。面對社會日益尊重人才和大學(xué)生擴招的實際情況,把思想政治教育與企業(yè)相結(jié)合就成為了本文的突破點。存在于企業(yè)的勝任力概念,在企業(yè)的發(fā)展中越來越受到人們的重視,勝任力強調(diào)人們對崗位的勝任,強調(diào)人們在崗位上發(fā)揮才能,強調(diào)崗位工作者績優(yōu)者與普通者的差別。通過勝任力的培養(yǎng),可以讓人們適應(yīng)工作崗位,適應(yīng)企業(yè),適應(yīng)社會,挖掘人們的才能,塑造人們的品格,使之不只能把工作做完,而且能做好。面對勝任力的這些情況,思想政治教育與勝任力的結(jié)合是解決傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育問題的一條路徑。 基于勝任力的思想政治教育創(chuàng)新,就是在分析二者結(jié)合的可行性、必要性、傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育不足和勝任力培養(yǎng)對思想政治教育的優(yōu)化作用的基礎(chǔ)上,用勝任力的內(nèi)容和特點促進思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新,通過創(chuàng)新為思想政治教育的未來開辟新道路。在分析二者結(jié)合的可行性和必要性的時候,以二者的理論基礎(chǔ)為基點,在共同理論基礎(chǔ)的指導(dǎo)下,去完成二者的結(jié)合。二者的結(jié)合是一種新形勢下的新發(fā)展,二者相互促進,相互作用。思想政治教育與勝任力的結(jié)合是時代的需要,是人才戰(zhàn)略的需要,是人的全面發(fā)展的需要,者的結(jié)合能夠給思想政治教育的發(fā)展帶來新的啟示。
[Abstract]:Science and technology day new moon benefits today, the ideological and political education faces the challenge. The problems faced by the traditional ideological and political education are the development and change of the times, the internal development of the educational objects, the need to keep pace with the times, all the practical problems, and whether these problems can be properly solved. It directly affects the development of ideological and political education and the smooth development of ideological and political education. To solve these problems, it is imperative to innovate ideological and political education. The innovation of ideological and political education needs to be carried out from the aspects of ideas, principles, systems, mechanisms, methods, approaches, etc. The innovation and development in these aspects can provide conditions for the smooth development of ideological and political education. To provide impetus for educating successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. How to realize the innovative development of ideological and political education is the focus of this paper. In the face of the society's increasing respect for talents and college students' enrollment expansion, the combination of ideological and political education and enterprises has become the breakthrough point of this paper. The concept of competence, which exists in enterprises, has been paid more and more attention to in the development of enterprises. Competence emphasizes the competence of people to the post, emphasizes the ability of people in the post, and emphasizes the difference between the excellent person and the ordinary person. Through the cultivation of competence, we can make people adapt to the job, the enterprise, the society, excavate people's ability, mold people's character, make it not only finish the work, but also do it well. In the face of these circumstances, the combination of ideological and political education and competence is a way to solve the problem of traditional ideological and political education. The innovation of ideological and political education based on competence is based on the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the combination of the two, the deficiency of traditional ideological and political education and the optimized function of competence training on ideological and political education. The content and characteristics of competence are used to promote the innovation of ideological and political education and to open up a new way for the future of ideological and political education through innovation. In the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the combination of the two, based on the theoretical basis of the two, under the guidance of the common theoretical basis, to complete the combination of the two. The combination of the two is a new development under the new situation, the two promote each other and interact with each other. The combination of ideological and political education and competence is the need of the times, the need of talent strategy and the need of the all-round development of human beings. The combination of ideological and political education can bring new enlightenment to the development of ideological and political education.
