【摘要】:教師專業(yè)發(fā)展事關高校的興衰,推動和支持教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是高校的戰(zhàn)略任務。斯坦福大學在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展方面的基本思路是引導、推動、支持教師多樣化、自主式發(fā)展;教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的制度設計上凸顯了分段、全方位特征,力求推動教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中部門之間的分工協(xié)作;教師專業(yè)發(fā)展資源體系采取"線上+線下"結合模式,力求為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供資源支持;通過教師成長的"幫扶"機制建設,力求為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供實時咨詢和幫助。斯坦福大學教師專業(yè)發(fā)展成功的原因在于:終身教職制度為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供了"動力"和"壓力",保證了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的效能;資源組織和管理支持為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供了堅實的保障;基于發(fā)展主題的"項目制"提升了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的針對性和實效性。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional development is related to the rise and fall of colleges and universities. It is a strategic task to promote and support teachers' professional development. The basic idea of Stanford University in teacher professional development is to guide, promote and support teachers' diversification and independent development. Strive to promote the division of labor and collaboration among the departments of teacher professional development; adopt the "on-line and offline" model of teacher professional development resource system, and strive to provide resources support for teacher professional development; through the "help" mechanism construction of teacher growth, To provide real-time consultation and help for teachers'professional development. The reasons for the success of the teachers' professional development in Stanford University are as follows: the lifelong teaching system provides the "motive force" and "pressure" for the teachers' professional development, which ensures the efficiency of the teachers' professional development; The support of resource organization and management provides a solid guarantee for teachers' professional development, and the "project system" based on development theme promotes the pertinence and effectiveness of teachers' professional development.
