【摘要】：知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代，知識(shí)是組織獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵和高級(jí)要素，受到組織極大重視，知識(shí)管理成為各界人士關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)以高校為依托，是國(guó)家創(chuàng)新主體的重要組成部分，探索影響高�？蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享水平的因素具有重要意義。知識(shí)被共享后不僅不會(huì)減少，反而會(huì)創(chuàng)造更大的價(jià)值，如何實(shí)現(xiàn)科研團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部的知識(shí)共享成為越來(lái)越多的學(xué)者研究的重點(diǎn)。 本文以高�？蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)為研究對(duì)象，致力于研究高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享水平的影響因素。首先，對(duì)高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)、知識(shí)共享等方面的已有研究進(jìn)行了綜述，建立本文的理論研究框架。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，從知識(shí)共享過(guò)程角度出發(fā)構(gòu)建了高�？蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享水平的影響因素模型，從知識(shí)共享主體、知識(shí)特性、知識(shí)共享渠道、知識(shí)共享環(huán)境四個(gè)維度出發(fā)闡述他們對(duì)知識(shí)共享水平的作用機(jī)制，提出研究假設(shè)。參考和借鑒大量的研究成果，設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷，對(duì)收集的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析并檢驗(yàn)其信度和效度，樣本的基本統(tǒng)計(jì)信息表明樣本具有較好的代表性，同時(shí)經(jīng)過(guò)檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)樣本具有較高的信度和效度。在數(shù)據(jù)搜集與檢驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)已構(gòu)建的研究框架和理論假設(shè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，根據(jù)模型適配指標(biāo)看出假設(shè)模型與實(shí)際觀察數(shù)據(jù)之間具有較好的擬合度，假設(shè)模型可以被接受，高�？蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享水平的影響因素可以從知識(shí)共享主體、知識(shí)特性、知識(shí)共享渠道和知識(shí)共享環(huán)境四個(gè)維度進(jìn)行分析，這四個(gè)因素對(duì)高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享水平的影響大致相當(dāng)，，其中知識(shí)共享渠道的因素負(fù)荷量相對(duì)較大，對(duì)知識(shí)共享水平產(chǎn)生較為顯著性正向影響。最后，從各個(gè)影響因素角度提出了提升高�？蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享水平的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the key and advanced factor for an organization to gain competitiveness, and it has been attached great importance to by organizations. Knowledge management has become the focus of attention of people from all walks of life. The scientific research team in colleges and universities is an important part of the main body of national innovation, so it is of great significance to explore the factors that affect the knowledge sharing level of the scientific research teams in colleges and universities. Knowledge sharing not only will not reduce, but will create greater value, how to achieve knowledge sharing within the scientific research team has become the focus of more and more scholars. This paper takes the scientific research team as the research object, devotes to study the influence factor of the university scientific research team knowledge sharing level. Firstly, the existing research on scientific research team and knowledge sharing in colleges and universities is reviewed, and the theoretical framework of this paper is established. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper constructs a model of influencing factors on the level of knowledge sharing of scientific research teams in colleges and universities from the point of view of knowledge sharing process, from the aspects of knowledge sharing subject, knowledge characteristics, knowledge sharing channels. The four dimensions of knowledge sharing environment explain the mechanism of their action on knowledge sharing level, and put forward the research hypothesis. Referring to a large number of research results, a questionnaire is designed to analyze and test the reliability and validity of the collected survey data. The basic statistical information of the sample shows that the sample has a better representation. At the same time, it was found that the sample had higher reliability and validity. On the basis of data collection and test, the structural equation model is used to analyze the established research framework and theoretical hypothesis. According to the fitting index of the model, it is shown that there is a good fit between the hypothetical model and the observed data. Assuming that the model can be accepted, the factors influencing the level of knowledge sharing of scientific research teams in colleges and universities can be analyzed from four dimensions: knowledge sharing subject, knowledge characteristics, knowledge sharing channels and knowledge sharing environment. These four factors have a similar effect on the knowledge sharing level of scientific research teams in colleges and universities. The factors of knowledge sharing channel are relatively large and have a significant positive impact on the level of knowledge sharing. Finally, the countermeasures to improve the knowledge sharing level of scientific research teams in colleges and universities are put forward from the point of view of various influencing factors.
