【摘要】：學(xué)科是大學(xué)進(jìn)行人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究和為社會(huì)服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ),學(xué)科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定對(duì)大學(xué)發(fā)展具有重大意義。那么能否用定量研究方法從實(shí)證角度分析高校的整體學(xué)科布局、識(shí)別出高校的優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域和重點(diǎn)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域以及可能的交叉方向,從而為高校優(yōu)化學(xué)科布局以及制定整體學(xué)科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)?在確定單個(gè)學(xué)科發(fā)展方向時(shí),能否定量分析高校在該學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀和國(guó)際上的研究趨勢(shì),從而使制定的學(xué)科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略既立足本校實(shí)際,又與國(guó)際趨勢(shì)保持一致?這些問(wèn)題是我國(guó)學(xué)科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)踐和理論研究中需要關(guān)注的方面,而目前相關(guān)研究較為欠缺,多以定性研究為主。 基于上述問(wèn)題,本文以專利數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)開(kāi)展對(duì)研究型高校優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科的發(fā)展預(yù)測(cè)研究。選取浙江大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)、上海交通大學(xué)三所研究型高校作為案例,利用專利地圖和社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法對(duì)案例高校的專利數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行可視化分析,得出各高校的學(xué)科分布情況,識(shí)別出各高校的優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域和重要學(xué)科領(lǐng)域以及可能的交叉方向,通過(guò)三所高校的對(duì)比分析為各自整體學(xué)科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。并從三所高校共有的優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科中選擇一個(gè)優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科為例,結(jié)合專利地圖和社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析的方法探測(cè)在該學(xué)科領(lǐng)域各高校的研究現(xiàn)狀和國(guó)際研究趨勢(shì),通過(guò)二者的對(duì)比分析對(duì)各高校該學(xué)科的發(fā)展方向作出預(yù)測(cè)。最后,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)基于專利數(shù)據(jù)的高校學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì)及發(fā)展預(yù)測(cè)技術(shù)模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了科學(xué)制定高校學(xué)科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,優(yōu)化高校學(xué)科布局,合理配置高校學(xué)科資源等建議。
[Abstract]:Disciplines are the basis of personnel training, scientific research and social service in universities. The formulation of discipline development strategy is of great significance to the development of universities. In order to provide scientific basis for optimizing the layout of disciplines and formulating the overall development strategy of disciplines in Colleges and universities, can we quantitatively analyze the current research situation in this field and the international research trend when determining the development direction of a single discipline, so as to make the development strategy of disciplines based on the reality of the University and keep in line with the international trend? As a result, these problems need to be paid attention to in the practice and theoretical research of the discipline development strategy in China. At present, there is a lack of relevant research, mainly qualitative research.
Based on the above-mentioned problems, this paper carries out the research on the development prediction of the dominant disciplines of research universities on the basis of patent data. Three research universities, Zhejiang University, Tsinghua University and Shanghai Jiaotong University, are selected as the cases. The patent map and social network analysis method are used to visualize the patent data of the case universities, and the results are obtained. Distribution of disciplines in Colleges and universities, identification of the dominant disciplines and important disciplines in Colleges and universities and possible cross-direction, through the comparative analysis of the three universities to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of their overall disciplines development strategy. The methods of graph and social network analysis are used to explore the current research situation and international research trend of universities in this field, and the development direction of this subject is predicted by comparing the two methods. Finally, a model of discipline advantages and development prediction technology of Universities Based on patent data is constructed. It is suggested that the disciplinary development strategy should be formulated, the layout of disciplines should be optimized, and the disciplinary resources of universities should be rationally allocated.
