【摘要】：免費(fèi)師范生政策的實(shí)施具有不可否認(rèn)的積極作用,但其間也存有諸多問(wèn)題,通過(guò)與國(guó)防生政策的比較,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)免費(fèi)師范生政策存在政策目的表述不明、覆蓋范圍不廣;政策執(zhí)行中錄用機(jī)制不活、淘汰機(jī)制不顯;政策結(jié)果部分導(dǎo)致社會(huì)不公等問(wèn)題。為此,應(yīng)圍繞免費(fèi)師范生培養(yǎng)的整個(gè)流程,進(jìn)一步完善其在招生錄用、在校學(xué)習(xí)、入職就業(yè)等不同階段的相關(guān)政策與舉措,力使該項(xiàng)政策的實(shí)施卓有成效。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the policy of free normal school students has an undeniable positive role, but there are also many problems. By comparing with the policy of national defense students, we find that the purpose of the policy is not clear and the scope of coverage is not wide. The employment mechanism is not active and the elimination mechanism is not obvious in the policy implementation, and the policy results partly lead to social injustice and so on. Therefore, we should focus on the whole process of training free normal students, and further improve the relevant policies and measures at different stages, such as recruitment, study and employment, so as to make the implementation of this policy fruitful.
