【摘要】：本文從教育與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系出發(fā)，結(jié)合我國(guó)當(dāng)前實(shí)際情況，認(rèn)為高等教育走向農(nóng)村是促進(jìn)我國(guó)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的根本動(dòng)力。在我國(guó)盡管第一產(chǎn)業(yè)比重明顯高于其他相同收入水平的國(guó)家,但農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用在逐漸下降。我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)主要采取粗放型的經(jīng)營(yíng)方式,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品科技含量低,農(nóng)業(yè)科技開(kāi)發(fā)少,農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息的傳播不通暢,技術(shù)進(jìn)步對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)的支持非常乏力。 高等教育要想取得長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展，，就要緊跟時(shí)代發(fā)展的腳步。優(yōu)先發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)，解決我國(guó)三農(nóng)問(wèn)題將是我國(guó)一段時(shí)期內(nèi)的工作重點(diǎn)，因此高校應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住機(jī)會(huì)走向農(nóng)村，將新科學(xué)技帶到農(nóng)村，并提高農(nóng)民掌握和運(yùn)用新科技的能力，在促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)也為自己開(kāi)拓了新的發(fā)展空間。發(fā)展地市高等學(xué)校是國(guó)家教育資源重組、現(xiàn)有教育資源由上而下擴(kuò)散的趨勢(shì)和結(jié)果，也是高等教育多樣化發(fā)展，改善高等教育布局結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略之一。 本文首先介紹了論文的選題背景、現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和研究現(xiàn)狀；其次分析了我國(guó)高等教育服務(wù)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展歷程；然后對(duì)高等教育在服務(wù)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)過(guò)程中遇到的各種困難進(jìn)行了深入分析研究；最后，本文從政府、高校、社會(huì)以及農(nóng)民自身多個(gè)層面提出了解決高等教育服務(wù)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中所遇到問(wèn)題的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Starting from the relationship between education and rural economic development and combining the current situation of our country, this paper holds that higher education to the countryside is the fundamental motive force to promote the development of rural economy in our country. Although the proportion of primary industry in China is obviously higher than that in other countries with the same income level, the effect of agriculture on national economic growth is decreasing gradually. The agriculture of our country mainly adopts the extensive management way, the agricultural product science and technology content is low, the agricultural science and technology development is few, the agricultural science and technology information dissemination is not smooth, the technical progress is very weak to the agriculture support. If higher education wants to make great progress, it is necessary to keep pace with the development of the times. To give priority to the development of rural economy and to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers will be the focus of our work for a period of time. Therefore, colleges and universities should seize the opportunity to go to the countryside, bring new science and technology to the countryside, and improve the ability of farmers to master and apply new science and technology. In promoting rural economic development, but also for themselves to open up a new space for development. The development of prefectural colleges and universities is the trend and result of the reorganization of national educational resources and the diffusion of existing educational resources from top to bottom. It is also one of the development strategies for the diversified development of higher education and the improvement of the layout structure of higher education. This paper first introduces the background, realistic significance, related theories and research status of the thesis, and then analyzes the development process of the higher education serving the rural economy in China. Then, the paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the difficulties encountered in the process of serving the rural economy in higher education. Finally, this paper analyzes the problems encountered by the government, universities and colleges. The society and farmers themselves put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems encountered in the process of higher education serving rural economic development.
