當代中國大學精神缺失的倫理思考

【摘要】：21世紀，伴隨著經(jīng)濟的全球化和市場化，以及社會變革和文化變遷的快速發(fā)展，帶來社會基本結構和社會關系急劇轉型，人們的價值觀和價值取向發(fā)生變化，當代中國大學出現(xiàn)人文精神的滑坡，辦學趨向功利化和商業(yè)化；官僚化氣息和官本位思想侵襲校園，造成學風教風浮躁，表現(xiàn)在學術研究造假，有的教師育人意識淡薄等，高校的道德建設已經(jīng)擺到十分重要的位置。近日，北京大學錢理群教授說：“我們的一些大學，正在培養(yǎng)一些精致的利已主義者，他們高智商，世俗，老到，善于表演，懂得配合，更善于利用體制達到自己的目的。這種人一旦掌握權力，比一般的貪官污吏危害更大�！苯裉欤覈囊恍┐髮W暴露出的諸如此類的問題，實際上也就是偏離了大學精神。我們探討這個熱門話題，就是試圖找到重建當代中國大學精神的一條路徑，使大學煥發(fā)出自身獨特的魅力，更好地發(fā)揮培養(yǎng)人才、科學研究、服務社會、文化傳承的職能，推進經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展。 當今，中國大學精神出現(xiàn)迷失，客觀地說，棒子不能打在莘莘學子和教書育人的老師身上，而是社會處在一個道德失范、心理失衡的狀態(tài)。無論社會出現(xiàn)多少浮躁，但是人們對清風正氣的大學精神仍充滿期待，內(nèi)心保留著對崇高、責任等行為的尊重和信仰。我們堅信，盡管今天的大學還有不少弊端，但還有堅守并勇于積極向上的智者，這是我們重新尋回大學精神的希望。對于這些現(xiàn)象，我們從倫理的角度加以闡釋并提出道德教化，為當代中國大學精神提供理論和方法方面的見解，，我們相信它對重塑今天的中國大學精神會有一定的借鑒和現(xiàn)實意義。 當代中國大學要想科學健康發(fā)展，應該尋找到一條道德規(guī)范原則，方能尋求大學各方面改革，我們滿懷信心對重塑今天的中國大學精神充滿希望。本篇論文介紹了大學精神的內(nèi)涵及倫理價值；闡述了重建當代中國大學精神倫理的迫切性及其依據(jù)；探討了當代中國大學精神缺失的倫理表現(xiàn)，集中表現(xiàn)在教師職業(yè)道德出現(xiàn)一定程度的滑坡。學生道德水平下降。大學校園文化精神出現(xiàn)“虛脫”；進一步分析了當代中國大學精神缺失的原因，具體反映在受市場經(jīng)濟制約，有的高校辦學理念產(chǎn)生異化。受世俗觀念影響，有的高校辦學方向發(fā)生偏離。受腐朽文化干擾，有的高校辦學風氣不正等。由此，本文提出了重建當代中國大學精神的倫理路徑，就是要完善大學德育和制度體系建設、強化高校的倫理約束機制，這為倫理學的研究開辟了新路徑,也可以賦予大學精神新的內(nèi)涵，為構建和諧的大學育人環(huán)境，重建當代中國大學精神提供一定的幫助。 社會的進步、國家的強盛、民族的振興，需要每一位青年人肩負并承擔起任重而道遠的責任。今天，時代浪潮風起云涌，我們更需要學子們具備一顆赤子之心，重塑具有當今時代特色的大學精神。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the globalization and marketization of economy, as well as the rapid development of social change and cultural change, the social basic structure and social relations have been transformed dramatically, and people's values and value orientation have changed. There is a decline in humanistic spirit in contemporary Chinese universities, and schools tend to be utilitarian and commercialized; bureaucracy and officialdom attack the campus, resulting in impetuous style of study and teaching, which is manifested in academic research, fraud, and some teachers' weak awareness of educating people, and so on. The moral construction of colleges and universities has been placed in a very important position. Recently, Professor Qian Liqun of Peking University said: "some of our universities are developing sophisticated egoists who are highly intelligent, secular, old, good at acting, know how to cooperate, and are better at using the system to achieve their goals." Such a man, once in power, is more dangerous than an ordinary corrupt official. " Today, some universities in our country exposed such problems, actually deviating from the spirit of the university. We are trying to find a way to rebuild the spirit of contemporary Chinese universities, so that universities can have their own unique charm and play a better role in cultivating talents, scientific research, serving society and cultural inheritance. Promoting economic and social development. Nowadays, the spirit of Chinese university appears to be lost. To be objective, Bonzi can not be hit on many students and teachers, but the society is in a state of moral disorder and psychological imbalance. No matter how much impetuosity appears in the society, people are still full of expectation for the cool spirit of the university, with respect and belief in lofty and responsible behavior. We firmly believe that, although there are still many shortcomings in today's university, but also stick to and have the courage to positive wise, this is our hope to re-find the spirit of the university. For these phenomena, we explain them from the angle of ethics and put forward moral enlightenment, which provides theoretical and methodological views for the spirit of contemporary Chinese universities. We believe that it will have certain reference and practical significance to reshape the spirit of Chinese universities today. In order to develop scientifically and healthily, Chinese universities should find a moral principle to seek the reform in all aspects of the university. We are full of confidence and hope to reshape the spirit of Chinese universities today. This paper introduces the connotation and ethical value of the university spirit, expounds the urgency and basis of rebuilding the spiritual ethics of contemporary Chinese universities, and probes into the ethical expression of the spirit deficiency in contemporary Chinese universities. Focus on teachers' professional ethics in a certain degree of decline. The moral level of the students has fallen. This paper further analyzes the reasons for the lack of university spirit in contemporary China, which is reflected in the restriction of market economy and the alienation of some ideas of running a school in colleges and universities. Influenced by secular ideas, some colleges and universities deviate from the direction of running schools. By the corrupt culture interference, some colleges and universities running a school atmosphere is not right and so on. Therefore, this paper puts forward the ethical path to reconstruct the spirit of contemporary Chinese universities, that is, to perfect the moral education and system construction of universities, and to strengthen the ethical restraint mechanism of colleges and universities, which opens up a new path for the study of ethics. It can also endow the university spirit with new connotation, and provide certain help for constructing harmonious university education environment and rebuilding contemporary Chinese university spirit. The progress of the society, the prosperity of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation require every young person to shoulder and shoulder the heavy and long responsibilities. Today, the tide of the times is surging, we need students to have a true heart, reshaping the university spirit with the characteristics of the present era.
