【摘要】：大學(xué)生在日常生活中,通過(guò)自主建構(gòu)的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)加強(qiáng)自身的隱性和顯性知識(shí)等人力資本儲(chǔ)備,進(jìn)而影響到他們?cè)谖磥?lái)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)中的地位。實(shí)證發(fā)現(xiàn),個(gè)體與級(jí)別高、資歷深、有威望的人員交往對(duì)于知識(shí)獲得,尤其是對(duì)隱性知識(shí)獲得意義深遠(yuǎn)。通過(guò)建立多層次線性模型進(jìn)一步證實(shí),大學(xué)生可以通過(guò)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的知識(shí)獲得機(jī)制,促進(jìn)職業(yè)地位獲得。文章初步認(rèn)為非正式的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是除學(xué)校教育、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)外,另一條人力資本投資途徑。
[Abstract]:In their daily life, college students strengthen their human capital reserves, such as tacit and explicit knowledge, through self-constructed social network, which will affect their position in the future labor market. It is found that the interaction of individuals with high level, high seniority and prestige is of great significance to the acquisition of knowledge, especially tacit knowledge. Through the establishment of multi-level linear model, it is further proved that college students can gain professional status through the knowledge acquisition mechanism of social network. The paper thinks that informal social network is another way to invest human capital besides school education and vocational training.
