地方高?蒲袆(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊自組織演化研究
[Abstract]:The scientific research innovation team of local colleges and universities, as a scientific research organization, has the advantages of both discipline and talent, and is the backbone of scientific research in our country. The team of scientific research innovation in local colleges and universities has infinite power both from the construction of national scientific research platform and from the development of colleges and universities themselves. This paper deeply analyzes the nature, characteristics, present situation, motivation and elements of scientific research and innovation team in local colleges and universities. Based on the theory of self-organization, this paper tries to study the scientific research innovation team of local colleges and universities from another angle, on the basis of proving that the research innovation team of local colleges and universities has the characteristics of self-organization. Deeply study the conditions of self-organization and evolution of local university scientific research innovation team: maintain and increase the openness of local university scientific research innovation team to ensure that local university scientific research innovation team obtains the necessary material, energy and information, Far from the equilibrium state to ensure that the internal elements of the scientific research and innovation team of local colleges and universities present nonlinear interrelationship, treat the fluctuation correctly, introduce negative entropy to restrain the positive entropy, and seek the maximum of negative entropy constantly. The ultimate goal is to make the team evolve to a higher level. Based on the example of "Metallurgical equipment Innovation team of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology", this paper analyzes the self-organizing evolution track of local university scientific research innovation team, and studies the relationship between the main factors and various factors in the evolution process of local university scientific research innovation team. This paper puts forward the corresponding strategies for the evolution of scientific research and innovation teams in local colleges and universities at different life stages. By analyzing the process of self-organization and evolution of scientific research innovation teams in local colleges and universities, the key factors for the development of scientific research and innovation teams in colleges and universities are obtained in different evolution periods, and the rational allocation of material resources and optimization of human resources are put forward. Implementing necessary incentive measures, attaching importance to the psychological contract of team members, constructing reasonable management system, guiding the system and regulations, strengthening the construction of team culture, and perfecting the scientific research and innovation team in local colleges and universities. To promote the development of scientific research and innovation team in local universities and local colleges and universities.
