群體性突發(fā)事件演化研究及其在高校管理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來,我國發(fā)生的群體性突發(fā)事件逐漸呈遞增趨勢,給社會和諧和經(jīng)濟社會的平穩(wěn)發(fā)展帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。群體性突發(fā)事件的預防和應(yīng)對,特別是對群體性突發(fā)事件演化規(guī)律的研究受到了政府和學界的重視。 本研究關(guān)注群體性突發(fā)事件演化動力。研究問題有:群體性突發(fā)事件演化的動力有哪些?可建立怎樣的框架進行分析?干預的關(guān)鍵和重點是什么?對高校管理有何啟示?主要工作和結(jié)論如下: ①通過對不同學者對群體性突發(fā)事件演化階段劃分的歸納,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)演化的理論將群體性突發(fā)事件的階段劃分為潛伏、誘發(fā)、發(fā)展、爆發(fā)和平息五個階段。②綜合已有研究集群行為、群體心理等方面的研究,把群體性突發(fā)事件的內(nèi)部和外部動力歸納為心理、組織和社會控制三個層面,這三個層面的相互作用共同推動了群體性突發(fā)事件的演化。③借鑒過程—事件分析法,提出群體性突發(fā)事件演化分析框架。 ④利用提出的分析框架,采用多案例逐項復制法對社會與高校中發(fā)生的群體性突發(fā)事件演化過程進行分析,解釋了事件發(fā)生的過程、特征和關(guān)鍵事件,提煉出演化的條件,并對干預的重點和關(guān)鍵,特別是信息傳播和監(jiān)控進行了更為深入的討論。 ⑤利用研究結(jié)論,分析了高校管理的常規(guī)、非常規(guī)和應(yīng)急管理制度中存在的不足,認為對非常規(guī)和應(yīng)急管理應(yīng)該建立分階段管理模式,并對高校管理制度建設(shè)提出了有針對性的建議。 本研究的主要貢獻是從三個層面歸納了群體性突發(fā)事件的演化動力,提出了演化過程分析框架,找到了干預這類事件的重點與關(guān)鍵,,同時高校管理制度建設(shè)提出了相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the occurrence of mass emergencies in China is gradually increasing, which brings challenges to social harmony and the steady development of economic society. The prevention and response of mass emergencies, especially the study of the evolution law of group emergencies, have been attached great importance to by the government and academic circles. This study focuses on the dynamics of the evolution of group emergencies. The research questions are: what is the motive force of the evolution of group emergencies? What framework can be established for analysis? What is the key and focus of the intervention? What is the enlightenment to the management of colleges and universities? The main work and conclusions are as follows: 1 through the induction of different scholars' classification of the evolution stages of group emergencies, combined with the theory of system evolution, the stages of group emergencies are divided into latent, induced, and developed. By synthesizing the existing researches on cluster behavior and group psychology, the internal and external dynamics of group emergencies are summarized into three levels: psychological, organizational and social control. The interaction of these three levels promotes the evolution of group emergencies by using the process of event analysis for reference, and puts forward the analytical framework of the evolution of group emergencies. 4 using the proposed analytical framework, This paper analyzes the evolution process of group emergencies in society and colleges by using the method of multiple case by item replication, explains the process, characteristics and key events of events, extracts the conditions of evolution, and points out the key points and key points of intervention. In particular, the information dissemination and monitoring are discussed more deeply. 5 by using the conclusions of the research, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the conventional, unconventional and emergency management systems in the management of colleges and universities. It is suggested that the management mode of unconventional and emergency management should be established by stages, and some suggestions are put forward for the construction of management system in colleges and universities. The main contribution of this study is to sum up the evolutionary motive force of group emergencies from three aspects, put forward the analysis framework of evolution process, find out the key points and key points to intervene in such incidents, and at the same time, put forward corresponding suggestions for the construction of management system in colleges and universities.
