【摘要】：近幾年來，大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題越來越成為各方關(guān)注的焦點，隨之而來，研究生的就業(yè)問題也成為社會關(guān)心的民生問題。積極探索如何使研究生能成為自主創(chuàng)業(yè)、自謀職業(yè)的實踐者，不僅能有效緩解就業(yè)矛盾，維護穩(wěn)定大局，而且對推動經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，進一步營造全社會尊重創(chuàng)業(yè)、支持創(chuàng)業(yè)、積極創(chuàng)業(yè)的良好氛圍具有強烈的現(xiàn)實意義。 然而，目前關(guān)于研究生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的研究還很少，尤其是關(guān)于農(nóng)業(yè)院校碩士研究生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的研究更少。農(nóng)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)，農(nóng)業(yè)院校碩士研究生在發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、解決“三農(nóng)”問題、建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村的進程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。目前，，國家出臺了一系列的優(yōu)惠政策支持高校學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)，基于這樣的機遇和要求，探討農(nóng)業(yè)院校碩士研究生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的影響因素，從而提出相應(yīng)的對策，對農(nóng)業(yè)院校研究生培養(yǎng)具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用，對研究生創(chuàng)業(yè)成功進而緩解當前就業(yè)壓力也具有強烈的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于自主創(chuàng)業(yè)理論已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上，從影響農(nóng)業(yè)院校自主創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向影響因素的角度，采用調(diào)查問卷的方式，系統(tǒng)地分析了農(nóng)業(yè)院校碩士研究生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)存在的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對農(nóng)業(yè)院校碩士研究生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)進行SWOT分析，最后，對提升農(nóng)業(yè)院校碩士研究生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向水平提出對策建議。本文可能的創(chuàng)新之處體現(xiàn)在以下兩個方面： （1）現(xiàn)有研究多從企業(yè)家的研究視角出發(fā)，探討人力資源和社會環(huán)境因素對一般創(chuàng)業(yè)群體其創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向的影響。本文關(guān)注農(nóng)業(yè)院校碩士研究生這一特定的目標群體，結(jié)合這一群體與一般創(chuàng)業(yè)群體相比所具有的獨特性，探討影響這一群體創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向的影響因素。 （2）本文運用通過調(diào)研、訪談等實證研究方法，探討農(nóng)業(yè)院校碩士研究生創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向的影響因素。為農(nóng)業(yè)院校的碩士生進行自主創(chuàng)業(yè)提供了理論依據(jù)，也為高校更好的鼓勵高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)、培養(yǎng)高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)行為傾向提供參考。 受各種主客觀條件限制,本文對農(nóng)業(yè)院校自主創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向影響因素的研究未能更加系統(tǒng)和深入，如農(nóng)業(yè)院校自主創(chuàng)業(yè)模式等還有待于進一步探索。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment problem of college students has become the focus of attention of all parties. Accordingly, the employment problem of graduates has become a social concern for the people's livelihood. Structural adjustment, promoting economic development, further creating a good atmosphere for the whole society to respect entrepreneurship, support entrepreneurship and actively start an undertaking has a strong practical significance.
However, there are few studies on the self-employment of graduate students, especially on the self-employment of graduate students in agricultural colleges and universities. Previously, the state has issued a series of preferential policies to support college students'independent entrepreneurship. Based on such opportunities and requirements, this paper probes into the influencing factors of graduate students' independent entrepreneurship in agricultural colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, which has an important guiding role in graduate training in agricultural colleges and universities, and alleviates the current situation of graduate students'successful entrepreneurship. Industry pressure also has strong practical significance.
Based on the research on the theory of independent entrepreneurship by scholars at home and abroad, this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the independent entrepreneurship of graduate students in agricultural colleges and universities by means of questionnaires from the angle of influencing factors on the tendency of independent entrepreneurship in agricultural colleges and universities. SWOT analysis, and finally, to enhance the level of postgraduate entrepreneurship tendency of agricultural colleges and universities put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
(1) Most of the existing studies focus on the impact of human resources and social environment factors on entrepreneurial tendencies of general entrepreneurial groups from the perspective of entrepreneurs. This paper focuses on the specific target group of graduate students in agricultural colleges and universities, and explores the impact of these factors on entrepreneurial tendencies in combination with the uniqueness of this group compared with general entrepreneurial groups. Factors affecting industry tendency.
(2) This paper explores the influencing factors of entrepreneurship tendency of graduate students in agricultural colleges and universities by using empirical research methods such as investigation and interview, which provides theoretical basis for the graduate students in agricultural colleges and universities to start their own businesses, and also provides reference for colleges and universities to encourage college students to start their own businesses and cultivate their entrepreneurial behavior tendency.
Restricted by various subjective and objective conditions, the study on the factors affecting the tendency of independent entrepreneurship in agricultural colleges and universities has not been more systematic and in-depth, such as the mode of independent entrepreneurship in agricultural colleges and universities needs further exploration.
